米粉炒得干干的 不会油腻 料也很多
我最喜欢的!!
配这辣椒碎也不错 不会辣 还带点甜
Fried Meehoon (RM5.80):
the fried meehoon is not oily and with lots of ingredients
just the way i like it!!
served with chili flakes which is not too spicy and a little sweet





鸡肉咖哩叻沙 (RM7.30):
味道好好哦!
鸡肉是和咖哩一起煮的 不是白斩鸡
Curry Laksa with Chicken (RM7.30):
the curry laksa is flavoursome!!
the chicken served is cooked in the curry instead of those steamed chicken
it is very tasty...





滑蛋河 (RM7.30):
蛋酱煮得好好 不会太浓稠
看到也吃到的滑蛋...
Cantonese Fried Koay Teow (RM7.30):
the egg gravy is really good
it is not starchy at all
can see and taste all the smooth egg pieces





苦瓜汤面 (RM7.30):
适合喜欢苦瓜的朋友
看起来很清淡 味道却不错哦...
Bitter Gourd Soup Noodle (RM7.30):
for bitter gourd lover
looks plain but this is also very tasty...

之前这家面包店是位于八打灵 14区的 Jaya Supermarket
现在已经搬到 Amcorp Mall
从大门进入在右边 Victoria Music 前面就看到了
Previously this bakery was operating in Jaya Supermarket, Section 14
now they have shifted to Amcorp Mall operating as a kiosk...
upon entering from the main entrance they are on the right, in front of Victoria Music



包装袋子上的地址还是之前在 Jaya Shopping Centre 或是通常被称为 Jaya Supermarket 的
the outlet address and contact numbers printed on the bag still shows Jaya Shopping Centre or commonly known as Jaya Supermarket





很多时候我们都是买面包的
因为这里有几种比较特别的面包如: 乌贼墨面包, 竹碳面包等等...
可是这一次我买了不同的
We usually buy bread from here as they have many types of unique bread such as squid ink bread and bamboo charcoal bread
but this round i bought something different...



乳酪蛋奶酥 (RM4.50):
这是摆放在冷柜里的所以没可能是正宗"蛋奶酥"
"蛋奶酥"只是用来形容这乳酪蛋糕的蓬松度就像"蛋奶酥"那么的松软而已
Soufflé Cheesecake (RM4.50):
the "Soufflé" cheesecake is chilled therefore i believe the name "Soufflé" is just a description to describe the fluffy-ness of this cheesecake





非常松软的乳酪蛋糕
很接近海绵蛋糕的口感...
没两下子就搞定了
Very light and fluffy cheesecake
i find it even lighter than most Japanese cheesecake with a very light hint of lemon
texture very similar to a cheesey chiffon cake
can finish one in no time at all ~

到 Amcorp Mall 的 Uncle Chili 去吃午餐
因为其中一位同事需要到那儿去买些东西
我跟车的就跟着去咯...

看不到料的
有着很浓的东炎香味
可是吃的味道没嗅的来得浓烈
Tom Yam Mee Hoon (RM5.50):
can't see the ingredients...
smells like tom yam and taste is on the mild side



在米粉下的料...
the hidden ingredients...





泰式炒米粉 (RM5.50):
蛮受欢迎的...
米粉不太湿很油腻味道不错
蛮辣的哦
Thai Style Fried Mee Hoon (RM5.50):
One of the very popular dish
the mee hoon is not very oily and flavoursome
on the spicy side...





中式意粉 (RM5.50):
看似很普通可是非常好吃...
同事每一次到这里来都吃这个
下次一定要试试...
Chinese Style Fried Spaghetti (RM5.50):
this looks kinda plain but very delicious...
my colleague eats this everytime we visit this place
must try this during my next visit





生虾伊面 (RM12):
餐牌里算是最贵的面类了...
有两只大虾
可惜炸过的伊面很粗很硬
要浸在蛋汁里等它变软有点浪费时间
Sang Har Yee Min (RM12):
The most expensive noodle in the menu...
served with two big prawns
but i find the yee min too thick and hard
must soak in the egg gravy and wait for it to be soften





炒姜鸡伊面 (RM5.50):
一道非常简单的膳食
至少伊面煮得刚刚好
不太硬也不太软
Ginger Chicken Yee Min (RM5.50):
very simple meal...
at least the yee min is just nice not too hard or soft

发觉除了 Pretty Frosting , 位于大门左边还有另一档也卖漂亮的杯子蛋糕
我当然要试一试咯 ~
Went to Amcorp Mall and realised that other than Pretty Frosting there is another store located on the left of the entrance also selling very pretty cupcakes...







体积比 Pretty Frosting 的稍微小...
一个是 RM2.30
Sizes are slightly smaller than those found at Pretty Frosting...
priced at RM2.30/pc





除了有小熊云妮的...
There are Winnie the Pooh...





和加菲猫的...
and Garfield...





也有立体小汽车, 蝴蝶和花朵的...
or 3D design of car, butterfly or pretty flowers...








它们都很漂亮可口...
装饰用的糖霜并不太甜而奶油蛋糕也很松软 ~
They are pretty to look at and delicious to eat...
the frosting is not very sweet while the butter cupcake is soft and spongy ~

也就是"掺"啦...

means coffee + tea with ice





咖啡"掺"茶 (RM2.60):
不是很浓郁那种可是味道还不错...
Kopi Cham Teh (RM2.60):
not the thick type but with enough flavour...





亚叁米粉+咖哩鸡 (RM7.60):
米粉是用亚叁炒的
而咖哩鸡肉很够味好吃
Assam Fried Bee Hoon with Curry Chicken (RM7.60):
The bee hoon is assam flavour while the curry chicken is tender and flavoursome ~ very delicious

沙梨汁 (RM2.50):
很特别又清凉的饮料...
很多人对于 Umpera 这个字很陌生
可是如果说是沙梨就很多人都懂了
Umpera Juice (RM2.50):
A unique and refreshing fruit juice...
many people are not familiar with the name "umpera" but when mentioned in Cantonese as "Sar Lei" we got lots of ooos and aaaas ~





芭堤雅炒饭 (RM6):
很失望...
炒蛋都没把饭给包好只是草草的盖在炒饭上
而料就只有一小块和拇指差不多大小的鸡肉
虽然旁边还有一片煎蛋
可是好像被骗的感觉 ~
Fried Rice Pattaya Style (RM6):
a very disappointing one...
first the egg omelette is not even big enough to wrap up the fried rice
as you can see it is more like a blanket to the fried rice
and there is only one tiny piece of chicken in the fried rice
tiny as in about the size of our thumb!





炒牛肉粿条 (RM5.50):
虽然看起来蛋汁里的玉米粉比蛋多
牛肉片和粿条的味道都不错...
Beef Koay Teow (RM5.50):
this is not too bad
even though the corn starch is obviously much more than the egg in the gravy
the beef and koay teow are both flavoursome...





泰式炒米粉 (RM5.50):
我对这炒米粉还算满意
不油腻而料也蛮多的
米粉还带着炒蛋的香味...
Thai Style Fried Bee Hoon (RM5.50):
i am quite happy with my bee hoon
it is not oily and comes with lots of ingredients
the bee hoon is also tasty with the aroma of fried egg...





如果我没记错的话
我曾经在谷中城见到它的招牌...
看来那里将会有一家分行哦 ~
i remember seeing the signboard in Mid Valley Megamall... so there might be another outlet there soon ~
