那时我还在赶工非常的忙, 看了照片简直是一种折磨啊!
幸好周末很快就到了
而我也抽空去吃了一餐好的 ~

荣寿司旗下的餐馆
这家餐馆卖的是比较特别和异乎寻常的日本美食
所以价钱也比较高...
Been opened for almost a month now
under the Sakae group, this restaurant serves fine exotic Japanese food
therefore prices are also at a higher scale...
也有寿司传送带哦...
价钱是根据碟子的颜色来算的
There are sushi on the conveyor belt too...
prices are based on the color of the plates

鲍鱼仔和三文鱼卵寿司 (RM12):
我是被小小的鲍鱼仔和三文鱼卵给吸引的
鲍鱼一点也不腥
再配上带咸的鱼卵
很好的配搭...
Abalone Ikura (RM12):
i was attracted by the abalone and ikura
good combination !
the abalone is tasty and not fishy at all...
while the ikura added taste with its unique saltiness
鱼生寿司饭 (RM25.90):
一小碗的寿司饭和新鲜的海鲜
海鲜有虾, 生鱼片, 蛋卷和不少的三文鱼卵...
Chirashi Don (RM25.90):
served in a small bowl with fresh seafood
including prawn, fish slices, tamago and lots of ikura...
很满足的一碗鱼生寿司饭...
a very satisfying bowl of chirashi don...
鹅肝和牡蛎明太卷 (RM24.90):
鹅肝真的太好味了!
温热的鹅肝外层有点脆而里面却是香滑的... 超好吃!
牡蛎则沾上薄薄的一层粉稍微煎过
牡蛎和明太卷之间是一层鳕鱼卵
吃起来反而不怎么特别
Foie Gras & Oyster Mentai maki (RM24.90):
the foie gras is very good!
warm and slightly cripsy at the outside and creamy at the inside... tasted so heavenly
while the fresh oyster is fried with lightly coated batter
and there is a layer of cod fish roe between the oyster and the maki
taste wise not too fantastic
三文鱼腩 (RM8):
超长的三文鱼腩可以绕着寿司饭一圈了...
新鲜又多汁哦! 也很滑...
Salmon Belly (RM8):
the piece of salmon belly can go around the rice...
so succulent and delicious!
和牛肉寿司 (RM16):
超长的和牛肉片稍微烤过铺在寿司饭上
不需要任何调味料就很美味了
我们都非常喜欢!!
Aburi Wagyu Beef (RM16):
the extra long wagyu beef slice is slightly grilled and placed on top of the sushi rice
no merinate is necessary... and yet so flavoursome
we love it so much !!
麻糬香草雪糕 (RM9.90):
Mochi Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream (RM9.90):
这其实就是一粒香草雪糕被一层薄薄的麻糬包裹着
我觉得雪糕太硬了...
this actually is a scope of vanilla ice cream wrapped in thin strawberry flavours mochi
i find the ice cream too hard...
根据餐馆经理所说, Cineleisure 的分行将在九月中开始营业...
According to the Manager, the branch in Cineleisure will be opened for business in mid September...
