Soft Shell Crab Salad (RM15):
软壳蟹沙拉
软壳蟹肉肉的 可惜沙拉酱下得过多 很快就腻了
Deep fried soft shell crab and romaine lettucce served with home-made mango salsa dressing
the soft shell crab is meaty
they should go light with the dressing





Mare E Tenna (RM20):
海鲜汤有点淡
海鲜也不怎么新鲜
Italian fresh seafood soup with chilies and vegetables
the soup is kinda mild in taste and the seafood not very fresh





Aglio e Olio (RM20):
最简单可是却又是最难做得好吃的意粉
这个很咸!
Garlic, fresh basil and dry chilies with extra virgin olive oil
this is very salty!





Scampi (RM25):
鲜虾奶油意粉
虾很新鲜 可是意粉没有虾的鲜味
Fresh prawns and chopped onions sauteed with olive oil and a touch of cream
the prawns are fresh but the pasta lack of taste...





Tiramisu (RM15):
我们觉得太干了...
it is too dry for our liking...

这家餐厅就在 Secret Recipe 后面的那排店铺...

this restaurant is located on the row of shop houses backing Secret Recipe







餐牌/Menu:





蒜片炒烧肉 (RM12):
切块的烧肉用蒜片和黑酱油炒过
很香味道也很不错
可是如果不配饭吃会咸了点...
Fried Roast Pork with Garlic (RM12):
the roast pork is fried with garlic and dark soya sauce till fragrant
this is very delicious...
however it may be too salty if not eating with rice





瓦煲老鼠粉 (RM10):
这是中的份量 足够四个人吃
老鼠粉又称銀針粉或 米篩目
送来的时候上面是一层肉碎还有一粒生鸡蛋
Claypot "Loh She Fun" (RM10):
the signature dish...
this is the medium portion enought to feed four of us
"Loh She Fun" also known as Silver Needle Noodles
served with lots of minced meat and a fresh egg in the middle



搅拌之后...
除了有肉碎还有虾和猪肝
搅拌时要快要不然最下层的猪肝就会有点焦...
after some mixing...
other than the minced meat, there are prawns also pork liver slices in this too
have to do the mixing pretty quickly otherwise the liver slices at the bottom will be burnt



很够味...
不会太油可是很稠粘要趁热吃
this is flavoursome
Not too oily but very sticky
have to eat it while it is still hot...

也就是 One Utama 对面的那一带...
Penang Village is located behind Maybank at the part of Taman Tun which is opposite One Utama, Bandar Utama ~

白开水 (RM1) 而槟城拉茶 (RM3.90):
虽然要的是少甜的可是还是很甜哦...
Plain water (RM1) and Penang Teh Tarik (RM3.90):
the teh being kurang manis (less sweet) is still tasted very sweet...





槟城咖哩面 (RM8.90):
椰浆的汤底和面条米粉配上鸡肉丝, 虾, 蛤蜊和豆腐卜
很好看的咖哩面...
Penang Curry Mee (RM8.90):
Coconut soup base with yellow mee and bee hoon served with chicken fillet, prawns, cockles and bean curd
the presentation is impressive...



咖哩汤有点浓味道很不错
料也很多很好吃也不会太辣...
the coconut base curry soup is thick and tasty
with lots of ingredients this tasted very good and not over spicy...





槟城福建蚝仔面 (RM13.90):
黄色的面条炒蚝仔和蔬菜
其实我是因为好奇而试的...
送到的时候看到颜色淡淡的以为味道也一样淡淡的
可是我错了!!
这面条很好味哦 ~
Penang Oyster Hokkien Char (RM13.90):
Wok fried yellow noodles with oysters and vegetables
actually i ordered this out of curiousity...
but the moment i look at this i was thinking if this is tasteless because the color is so pale...
however i was so very wrong !!
this is very tasty and delicious...



很多的蚝仔, 切片蟹柳, 蔬菜和炸葱头
形容不出的美味....
喜欢吃蚝的就别错过咯 ~
lots of fresh oysters, crab stick slices, veggie and fried onions...
i just cant describe how good this is ~ a must try for oyster lovers !!



这叁巴也很好味...
and the sambal to go with this is so flavoursome...

definately not those 3-in-1!

不会太甜 ~
after stirring...
not too sweet ~





Big English with the Lot! (RM8.90):
英式早餐有的是火腿, 香肠, 两个鸡蛋, 炸薯条, 烘烤豆, 蘑菇, 烤蕃茄和牛油烤面包
烤面包的牛油味很重很腻...
Comes with chicken ham, chipolata sausages, 2 eggs, fries, baked beans, sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomat and buttered toast
i find the buttered toast too buttery as if it had been soaked in the butter thoroughly before it is being toasted...



本来鸡蛋都是煎到半熟的
蛋黄还是水水的
可是我不喜欢吃这样的鸡蛋
要求他们煎到熟透 :
Actually the sunny-side-ups are perfectly done, but i dun like them so watery
so i sent they back to be fried thoroughly:



少得可怜的蘑菇:
very little mushrooms....



香肠味道不错可是火腿却一点味道也没有...
the chipolata sausages are good while the chicken ham looks good but is tasteless...





看来我还是回到 Departure Lounge 吧~
Erm... i think i will go back to Departure Lounge ~

Porto Romano ~ Flavours of the Mediterranean

午餐到 Taman Tun Dr Ismail 的 Porto Romano 去吃
虽然 TTDI 算是吉隆坡可是对我来说它更像是八打灵的一部份
Lunch at Porto Romano located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail
TTDI is part of Kuala Lumpur but very very close to PJ and seems like part of PJ to me

a very thick creamy soup full of tiny pieces of mushroom....





蔬菜薄饼
没想到颜色会这样鲜艳
味道也不错
Vegetarian Pizza (RM21):
we din expect the vegetarian pizza to be so colourful...
surprisingly very delicious and flavoursome







蘑菇薄饼
和之前的蔬菜薄饼比起来失色多了
味道也比较淡...
Mushroom Pizza (RM21):
compared to the vegetarian pizza this one looks kinda pale and tasted kinda plain too...







肉碎蕃茄酱意粉:
很好吃的意大利面还有很多的肉碎
Spaghetti Bolognese (RM18):
very yummy pasta full of minced meat.... yummy!!
