Nasi Tumpang (RM9.80):
这里的招牌餐
可以选择咖哩鸡或是牛肉冷当的
这是牛肉的
the signature dish served with crackers and pickled veggie
with an option of curry chicken or beef rendang
this is the beef version




一共有十一层:
用椰浆饭做间隔 用料有肉丝, 叁巴, 牛肉冷当和黄瓜片
一层饭一层料的铺了十一层
很特别 也很好吃
美中不足的是黄瓜片有点酸了
可能是我们用餐的时间比较迟 而天气太热的关系吧
the popular 11 layers:
layers of of serunding, sambal, beef rendang and cucumber slices with nasi lemak act as partition the combination of ingredients are good and very flavoursome too
but i find the cucumber slices had gone a little bad with weird smell
possibly i had this in the afternoon and the weather is just way too hot





Nasi Lemak Ayam (RM6.90):
炸鸡配椰浆饭
炸鸡味道不错也很香脆
the deep fried drumstick is crispy and tasty





Nasi Lemak Special (RM8.50):
特式椰浆饭
不觉得有什么特别
用料和上面的没差
只是不一样煮法的鸡腿 需要多加 RM1.60?
wonder what so special about this
since the ingredients is very similar to Nasi Lemak Ayam
with different cooking style for the chicken
and the difference costs RM1.60

一走进这家餐厅 感觉就像在 American Chili's 一样
除了很热闹的气氛
餐牌里的选择也差不多一样

the moment we walked in here it gives us the similar feeling as in American Chili's very lively atmosphere
even choices in the menu are quite similar ~

洋葱汤:
有点清 味道不错 还配上两片饼干...
Onion Soup:
a little on the light side served with two biscuits at the side...





蘑菇汤:
很浓郁 还有很多的鸡肉块和蘑菇片...好好喝!
Mushroom Soup:
thick and creamy with lots of chicken cubes and mushroom slices...yummy!





香炸鱼扒:
沾上面包碎再拿去炸的鱼块 配上薯条和 tartar 酱
非常酥脆的鱼
份量也相当的大
Deep Fried Fish Fillet:
Breaded deep fried fish fillet served with fries & tartar sauce
very crispy piece of fish
portion is quite big too





烤羊肩:
配菜有蔬菜, 薯泥和香蒜烤面包
半熟的烤羊肩肉入口又嫩又多汁
薯泥也很不错哦 ~
Lamb Shoulder:
Marinated grilled lamb shoulder
served with saute veggies, mashed potatoes with gravy and garlic toast
the medium done flavoursome lamb shoulder is tender and juicy
i like the mashed potatoes too...





煎鱼扒:
鱼片用慢火煎 再配上蔬菜和天使头发面条
橄榄油和大蒜调味再撒上干辣椒碎的天使头发面条做得很好吃
海鲂鱼也很大片!
Pan Seared Fish Fillet:
Pan fried seasoned fish fillet served with saute veggies and angel hair pasta
the aglio olie angel hair pasta is done pretty well
and the piece of dory fish is huge!





甜品:
一球香草雪糕
Dessert:
single scoop of vanila ice cream

Tong yuen come with a choice of black sesame or peanut filling or two of each
we ordered the black sesame tong yuen...
glad that the soy milk is not too sweet









摩摩喳喳 (RM5.90):
浓浓的椰浆里有蕃薯和芋头块
还有西米和木薯块...
很好看味道也很好哦
Bubur Cha-Cha (RM5.90):
consists of sweet potatoes and yam cubes in a thick coconut milk
there are also sago and tapioca cubes...
so pretty looking and delicious too





一人份的下午茶 (RM9.90):
下午三点到六点而已哦...
包括烤饼, 金枪鱼多士, 鸡肉多士, 和一份热糖水或一份热的饮料
Tea Time Set for One (RM9.90):
serve from 3pm - 6pm daily
comes with one scone, one tuna toast, one chicken toast, and one sweet endings hot or one quenchers hot


蕃薯糖水:
糖水是用姜煮过的
份量比普通的小
蕃薯块入口即化而姜糖也不会太辣或太甜...
Sweet Potato Soup:
Sweet potatoes in a clear soup accented with ginger for an added zing - a combination of warm, comfort food with a sweet burst of spice
portion is smaller than the regular ones
the sweet potato cubes melt in the mouth while the ginger taste in the sweet soup is not overpowering...




烤饼, 金枪鱼和鸡肉多士:
份量都小小的很适合下午茶...
烤饼送来的时候是微热的配鲜奶油和草莓酱
金枪鱼和鸡肉多士也很够味好吃
The scone, tuna toast and chicken toast:
mini portions good for a light afternoon tea...
the scone is served warm with fresh cream and strawberry jam
both the tuna and chicken mayo are flavoursome





烤乳酪通心粉 (RM10.90):
用料有鸡肉香肠和蔬菜
很多料哦味道也不错...
乳酪也烤得很漂亮没烧焦哦 ~
Baked Mac 'N' Cheese (RM10.90):
Macaroni dotted with chicken bologna and vegetables, topped with cheese and baked to perfection
ingredients are generous
and the cheese is baked to perfection with no burnt mark found...







榴槤泡芙 (RM6.90):
饼皮有点厚和硬
应该是做蛮久了...
榴槤泡芙的下半部还有水印
我还是比较喜欢 Lee Lee’s Sumptuous Desserts 的榴槤泡芙
Durian Pancake (RM6.90):
Hailed as one of the finest in its league, this dellicate pillow of pleasure consists of pure, fresh durian and cream snugly wrapped in a light pancake skin. The burst of flavour and aroma of just one bite will send you straight to cloud nine
and so they claimed...
but we find the pancake skin is pretty tough and water marks are visible at the bottom half of the pancake
the skin is not as soft & delicate as those found at Lee Lee’s Sumptuous Desserts

陪妈妈到谷中城去买东西 ~
东西买完了就找吃的咯
想找一家好吃的而又不必等太久的
因为我们发觉很多餐馆外面都大排长龙...
然后我想起了在 Joe 的部落格 里看过的
就问妈妈想吃烧肉面吗? 她说也可以我们就去吃咯 ~
Went shopping with mum at Mid Valley Megamall ~
after walking around and bought all our stuff we were looking for a place for lunch
something nice and yet not so packed with ppl as we saw many restaurants with long queue
and remember what i read in Joe's blog
so i asked mum if noodle with siew yok a.k.a. roast pork is ok for her, and she said yes... so here we go ~



Root Beer (RM4.90):





冷柠檬茶/Iced Lemon Tea (RM4.90):





虎虾意粉 (RM22.90):
就香蒜辣椒意粉配虎虾和脆皮烧肉
其实是有辣椒粉的可是妈说不想吃辣的就要他们别放了...
有三只很新鲜的虎虾和很多的烧肉
烧肉非常好吃香脆的皮和多汁的肉
妈也说他们用来烧的是最美的猪肉, 肥油和肉都很均匀所以烧起来是最好吃的...
Tiger Prawn Pasta (RM22.90):
Pasta Aglio Olio with tiger prawns and crispy roast pork
actually this comes with chili flakes but mum decided to go without it...
there are 3 tiger prawns and lots of crispy roast pork
the crispy roast pork is one of the best we tried
crispy skin with juicy and very tasty meat so delicious ~
mum commented they used the best part of the pork for the roast so the meat and fats are evenly spread out...









香蒜辣椒意粉+脆皮烧肉 (RM16.90):
烧肉的份量蛮大的!
意粉也煮得刚刚好QQ的 ~
Pasta Aglio Olio with Crispy Roast Pork (RM16.90):
the delicious and generous serving of roast pork !
not forgetting the pasta which was cooked to perfection... yummy




我的那一份都还没吃完心里就盘算着几时可以再来吃...
Before i can finished my meal i already trying to figure out when i can come here again!!
