决定去 17 区的卡娜咖哩屋吃咖哩蕉叶饭
Since most of us are kinda tire of Chinese food
despite the hot weather we decided to have banana leaf lunch at Kanna Curry House @ Section 17, PJ
虽然中午很晒我们还是选择了户外树下的座位
反正有很多喷水雾的风扇一点都不会闷热
Even though the weather is extremely hot we still prefer to sit outdoor under the trees
as there are many mist-blowing-fans
蕉叶饭的基本 ~ 蔬菜饭 (RM4.50):
也就是白饭和三种蔬菜

可以任选或是全部都淋到饭上去...

炒鲍鱼菇 (RM3):
非叫不可的菜式... 也是我的最爱
很好吃哦...
Stir-fried Abalone Mushroom (RM3):
this is a must order item ~ my fav !!
very very delicious...
咖哩羊肉 (RM5):
虽然颜色很红可是并不太辣
而且很够味...没有羊肉的羊骚味
Curry Mutton (RM5):
Not super spicy as it appeared to be and flavoursome
炸鸡 (RM4.50):
外表很干很香
肉却很多汁...
Fried Chicken (RM4.50):
very juicy and delicious...
在大太阳下吃又热又辣的食物为了让自己好过点我们都叫了椰水 (RM3.50):
虽然不是嫩椰可是很清凉 ~
同事说如果为防中暑而喝椰水的话可别吃椰肉要不然就没有那个效果了...
To make ourselves feel better after all the hot and spicy food under the afternoon sun
each of us had one coconut (RM3.50):
Not the young type but refreshing ~
according to my colleague if u want the cooling effect on your body do not consume the coconut flesh otherwise the result will be different...

hmmmm haha reminds me of banana leaf i had that day b4 cny..now after cny d..fat..scared to eat haha
dunno whether the one at bandar manjalara is a branch or not...i left my camera there before! so scary! havent tried the banana leaf rice here though..so far, my fave is still brickfields :)

they have two restaurants one in Sec 17 and the other at Jln Gasing

Which part of Section 17 is this? Been to the market place with a car park at the center and also the part with Restoran Khasiat but there's no Kanna there.

this is located at another side of sec 17... if u travel from ss2 to the Rothman roundabout, at the last corning turning right to the roundabout, this area is on ur left... up the slop ~ :p
