这一次最主要的目的就是去云顶半山的 Goh Tong Jaya 吃
我们最喜欢那里的新鲜淡水虾和鱼...
Another trip to Genting ~
a very short trip as the main reason there was to have dinner at Goh Tong Jaya
we love all the fresh prawns and fish there...
清炒苋菜 (RM8):
Stir-fried Amaranth a.k.a. yin choy (RM8):
蒜炒油茉 (RM8):
Stir-fried yao-mak veggie with garlic (RM8):
清蒸筍壳 (RM136):
通常如果可以选我们都会要开边的筍壳鱼
因为只有体积较大的鱼鱼肉才够厚和富有弹性
筍壳鱼太小只蒸过之后就肉就"散"了
看看吧... 新鲜又厚又有弹性的鱼肉!!
Steamed Soon Hock Fish (RM136):
we prefer to have part of a big soon hock rather than the whole fish
because only the big soon hock will have very thick and bouncy meat
just look at this... fresh, thick and succulent fish !!
清蒸淡水虾 (RM32):
很新鲜的虾
每一次吃淡水虾时我就会找那鲜美可口的虾羔
看来这一天我还蛮幸运的...
Steamed fresh water prawns (RM32):
very fresh prawns
everytime we had fresh water prawns i will be looking forward to the yummy prawn roe
i guess this is my lucky day...
这就是我找了很久的虾羔咯...
就好象在虾头里的红宝石一样 ~

it is like a ruby hidden in the prawn head so delicious ~
茄子 (RM8):
店主拿手的菜式之一
一点也不油腻哦...
还带有虾米和小辣椒的香味
Fried Brinjal with dried shrimps (RM8):
one of the specialty of this restaurant
the brinjals are not oily at all
招牌花肉 (RM15):
花肉被切得薄薄的先炸过再淋上酱料
很好配饭的一道菜肴
Signature pork slices (RM15):
the pork is thinly sliced and fried till crispy... yummy
香菇鱼滑 (RM15):
据说香菇是云顶山上种的
而鱼滑是店主自己做的
很好的配搭
Fresh mushroom with fish paste (RM15):
apparently the mushrooms were grown on Genting Highlands while the fish paste are home made
a very good combination
清蒸白须公 (RM36):
鱼很新鲜...
虽然也很好吃可是如果和筍壳比起来就逊色得多了
当然价钱也差很远
Steamed Cat Fish (RM36):
the fish is very fresh...
taste wise very delicious but nothing near the soon hock
and with the difference in price we shouldn't complain
