洪记香港点心 ~ Hong Kee Dim Sum

早上到蟹皇去吃点心时吃得很不满意...
可能厨师放假去了吧
除了蜜汁叉烧包和酥皮焗蛋挞仔保持水准之外其它的都很差
最差的是叉烧和虾肠粉
肠粉做得超厚的结果很多时候都是吃"净粉" Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
在回家的路上顺便逗去洪记打包生炒糯米饭 ~
Well, we had a very disappointing dim sum experience at King Crab
maybe the chef is on holiday for the long weekend...
as other than the char siew pao and the egg tarts the rest of the dim sum are so badly prepared
the steamed rice roll (char siew and prawns cheong fun) are so thick that most of the time we ended up with mouthful of steamed flour ~ Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
So, on the way home we went to Hong Kee just to take-away some fried glutinous rice...

又香又好吃的糯米饭
味道稍微咸了点
但是还是很好吃

fragrant and delicious glutinous rice
slightly salty to my taste but still yummy ~
