龙影醉月: 火龙果月饼 ~ Red Dragon Fruit Mooncake

也不是第一次听到红火龙果月饼
而这是我们的前同事送的而且是适合清真教徒吃的 ~
Not the first time we heard about red dragon fruit mooncake
but this is from an ex-colleague and this is halal ~







有个很漂亮的名称"龙影醉月"....
The Red Dragon Fruit Mooncake:




一分为八:
Cut into 8 pcs:









里面是粉红色半透明的
没有火龙果的味道
不太甜
只是觉得味道和蛋黄不相配...
the texture is kinda jellyee
taste wise no taste of dragon fruit...
not very sweet
and i find that the taste doesn't blend in well with the egg yolk
