阿顺哥鱼翅 ~ Chef Rasa Sayang Sharksfin Restaurant

阿顺哥鱼翅餐厅出名的是各种等级的鱼翅和鲍鱼
位于燕美律的算是总行吧而有些朋友则喜欢另一家分行在八打灵的 Crystal Crown 酒店里
我去的这一家是位于燕美律的...
Chef Rasa Sayang Sharksfin Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant famous for serving high quality sharksfin and abalone

Vinegar:
never add this into the sharksfin
spoil the taste....








外表好像很粘的样子
可是用汤匙捞起来就发觉完全不是这么一回事...
The outlook:
like a bowl of starchy stuff
however only upon scoping them up in a spoon you will realised...








很多的鱼翅...
每汤匙都是鱼翅
这个我加了几滴黑醋鱼翅味道都变了
幸好是加在汤匙里的
要是加在煲里的就后悔莫及了...
Every spoon is full of sharksfin:

this is soooooooo delicious ~
i added a few drops of vinegar into the sharksfin and it change the taste totally

差不多喝了一大半才想起要拍照
This superior soup comes with the sharksfin:

and then slowly slice it up and dip into the sauce before putting them in my mouth...
hmmm...... this tasted sooooooooo good

和鱼翅的上汤没差...
Btw the abalone also comes with a bowl of superior soup same as the one served with the sharksfin:

很新鲜也很多虾膏

Fresh Water Prawn in Soya Sauce (RM53):
this is a very big prawn...
so fresh and full of prawn roe
the meat is so sweet and succulent ~ best of the best !!








顺哥滑蛋河粉 (RM25):
招牌菜肴来的....
很够"锅气"看到那蛋汁就流口水了
非常好吃...
"Soon Koh" Fried Rice Noodle With Seafood in Egg Gravy (RM25):
one of the specialty of this restaurant...
full of wok-hei and thick egg gravy
very delicious






除了淡水虾还有新鲜的扇贝(带子)...
Other than fresh water prawns there are also fresh scallops in the noodle:






用餐过后我们每人都有一小杯的果汁
没问是什么
味道酸酸的蛮好喝...
After our meal a small glass of juice is served:

omg..1 person ur dinner already 200-300RM..wahlau..may i ask how much u earn 1 month ar??..going to faint..

always pass by this restaurant..but never dare go in.

depends on what u order, u can also go there for the noodles only ~ ^_^
