Dinner all the way in Jinjang
craving for the ginger + wine soup hahahaaaa.....
we called up to order around 8pm+ and arrived there at about 9pm when the bak kut teh is ready...
a very antique look signboard with double dragons and all :
nobody sits in the shop all are seated outside...
so the shop is used as a kichen from the front all the way to the back
pig kidney and liver in ginger and wine soup:
this is very delicious...
the shop owner will not serve this soup if the quality of pig kidney and liver is no good
so we must be very lucky this evening ~
Clay pot bak kut teh:
clear yet flavoursome soup
with ribs and mushrooms...
much better than ribs this is the special emperor bone:
very tender and yummy ~
加三个位的茶和饭 = RM43
i think i got too excited and forgotten about the rice...
well they dun use those plastic bowls
rice are served in small porcelain bowl similar to the one in the last picture
with Chinese tea and 3 rice = RM43
