Freeze Dry Strawberry Chocolate

我第一次是在 Jusco 发现到这个
被盒子上印着的 "整粒" 草莓被最美好的巧克力包裹所吸引...
I first found this at Jusco supermarket
was attracted by the wording "real fruit" dipped in finest milk chocolate ~

一包大概有整八粒:
about 8 chocolates in a packet:




草莓巧克力的横剖面:
完整的草莓...
草莓虽然是冻干的
可是味道和口感还是很不错!!
the cross section picture of the strawberry chocolate:
a whole strawberry in the chocolate...
the strawberry is freeze dry but taste and texture still remain ~ yummy!!




上网找资料的时候发现他们也有出产 榴槤巧克力!!
不知道味道如何呢...
Upon checking this in the web i found that they also have Durian Chocolate too!!
wonder what that taste like...

清蒸皇海鲜冷气饭店 ~ Steam King Seafood Restaurant (2)

在清蒸皇吃的晚餐
一间之前常常客满的饭店
现在竟然没什么食客
而鱼缸里也没什么鱼...
Dinner @ Steam King Seafood Restaurant
used to be a very busy restaurant packed of customers
but we find them pretty empty and almost all the fish tanks are empty ~



清炒香港芥兰 (RM15):
很新鲜的芥兰没嚼不断的纤维
Fried Hong Kong Kai Lan (RM15):
a very good Hong Kong Kai Lan... no chewy fiber





清蒸红枣鱼 (RM58):
鱼是很新鲜
可是蒸太久了...
Steamed Red Snapper (RM58):
recommended by the captain
but we find this over steamed...





干煎淡水虾 (RM80):
当我们 (四个位) 叫这道菜时那负责人说两只就够了
那时候我们还以为我们叫了太多菜所以一人半只虾就够了
当这道菜被送上来时我们都吓了一大跳!!
虾很大只每只可以被切成四大块
Fried Fresh Water Prawns (RM80):
when we ordered the fresh water prawns for four of us the captain actually said two will be enough
so we thought maybe we had ordered some other dishes therefore half a prawn for each of us will be good
all of us got a shock however when we see this!!
the fresh water prawns are so big that each can be cut into four pieces





虾肉很厚很有弹性...
The meat is so thick and bouncy...



看看虾头有多大...
比我们吃饭用的汤匙大很多哦!
see the size of the prawn's head...
so much larger than our table spoon!





蟹肉双菇水蛋 (RM8):
有点失望
蛋很滑很软可是蟹肉和蘑菇酱就粘粘的... 我们都不喜欢
Steamed Egg with Mushrooms and Crab Meat (RM8):
a little disappointed with this
the egg is soft and smooth but the mushrooms and crab meat gravy on top are too starchy...







红豆糖水:
这是免费的
用过晚餐后就被送上来
除了浓郁的红豆味糖水里也有很多的 西米
Red Bean soup:
this is on the house...
full of red bean fragrant with lots of sago too





白米饭/Rice : RM1 / per bowl
铁观音/Chinese Tea: Tie Guan Yin RM6
可乐/Coke: RM2.20

这一次我们来吃午餐咯 ~
The other time we only had the dessert
this round we go for the lunch ~









特式午餐餐牌:
价钱是跟所选的主菜 RM15 ~ RM19
价钱包括甜品和一杯汽水
多 RM5 加个汤
多 RM3 把汽水换成咖啡或茶
Lunch Special Menu:
choose the main ranging from RM15 ~ RM19
inclusive of dessert and soft drink
additional RM5 for a soup, RM3 for exchange soft drink to coffee or tea

烤纽西兰羊肉 (RM19):
烤羊肉切成片再淋上酱料
配菜是蒸蔬菜
羊肉很嫩味道很够很好吃...
NZ Roast Lamb (RM19):
serves in slices with steamed veggie and brown sauce
the meat is tender
tasted very flavoursome and delicious...







海鲜意粉 (RM16):
虾, 乌贼, 鱼肉块和蕃茄酱
味道不会太酸...
Sicilianna Seafood Spaghetti (RM16):
a tomato base pasta with prawns, squid and fish slices
at least this is not sour...





鲜蘑菇烤鸡 (RM15):
炸过的鸡腿肉和蘑菇酱配沙拉和炸薯条
鸡肉腌得够味也不会炸得太干
Fresh Mushroom Chicken (RM15):
Deep fried chicken with mushroom sauce
served with salad and big fat fries
the chicken is well merinated and not too dry





加多 RM3 的咖啡:
香浓适中...
Add RM3 for coffee:
a good one...





当日甜品是巧克力松饼:
小小的一个
可别小看它哦
味道是一级棒的!
很浓郁的巧克力美味...
Dessert of the day is Chocolate Muffin:
a tiny muffin
but do not underestimate this
it is very good and rich in chocolate taste!!





当然少不了我们最喜欢的甜品
提拉米苏 (RM12):
还是很好吃 ~
not forgetting our favourite dessert...
Tiramisu (RM12):
tasted really good ~

到 The Curve 的 Vivo 去吃套餐馆~
We went to try the set meals at Vivo, The Curve



套餐的餐牌:

所有的套餐都包括两片蒜茸面包和一碗蘑菇汤
蒜茸面包很香也很脆...
All set lunches come with two slices of garlic bread and a bowl of mushroom soup:
the garlic bread is fragrant and crispy...



蘑菇汤反而没什么特别
the mushroom soup is quite starchy





烤鸡扒 (RM13.90):
配白米饭和凉拌卷心菜
Baked Chicken Chop (RM13.90):
served with rice and coleslaw



这烤鸡味道很好
鸡肉很香滑又多汁
the yummy chicken is juicy and tender ~





蘑姑火腿焗饭 (RM10.90):
很多的乳酪
送到的时候很香 ~
Mushroom and Ham Baked Rice (RM10.90):
with lots of cheese...
this smells very good



这个酱汁很好味
可是吃多了会腻...
the sauce is flavoursome too...
but after eating half of this we find this too "rich"





焗饭 (RM10.90):
这个我忘了是什么料的
用的是蕃茄酱汁...

the sauce is tomato based...



味道带酸饭也比较干...
it was too dry and sour...

星期二的套餐是: 烤小羊腿和蛤蜊意粉
RM14.90 的套餐也包括一种饮料: 汽水, 冰柠檬茶, 咖啡或是茶
The set lunch menu for Tuesdays are Roast Lamb Leg and Spaghetti Vongole
@ RM14.90 inclusive of a soft drink, iced lemon tea, coffee or tea





烤小羊腿:
配菜是烤马铃薯
份量蛮大的...
Roast Lamb Leg:
served with roast potatos
portion is kinda big...



切成方块的烤羊肉
又嫩又多汁... 很好吃哦!
可是撒在叶子上的 香醋 味道很浓很不习惯...
chunks of roast lamb leg
tender and juicy... delicious!!
but we find the balsamic vinegar on the leaves too strong for our liking





蛤蜊意粉:
有青口/淡菜和蛤蜊
卖相不错
可是吃这意粉的两位同事都说很咸...
Spaghetti Vongole:
serves with mussels and clams
two of our colleagues who had this claimed that it is too salty ~

Manhattan Fish Market @ Cineleisure

和 Fish & Co 比较起来 我很少到 Manhattan Fish Market 去
因为之前有过不愉快的经验
可是去不同的分店应该是不同的经验吧...
i have always prefer Fish & Co to Manhattan Fish Market due to bad experience previously
but then again no harm trying out at a different outlet...







餐牌/Menu:

Flaming Platter for One (RM27.90):
一大片的鱼排和得奖的火焰虾
还有饭和炸薯条...
One large grilled catch of the day with award winning flaming prawns
served with rice and fries...



虾只上厚厚的乳酪...
the prawns are covered with thick cheese...



海鲂鱼排很大片!
淋上大蒜奶油调味汁...
the piece of dory fillet is huge!

with lots of garlic butter sauce...





烤挪威三文鱼排 (RM26.90):
用盐和胡椒烤过再淋上 Manhattan 特制大蒜奶油调味汁
份量蛮大的说
我不喜欢吃饭选了炸薯条
Grilled Norwegian King Salmon Fillet (RM26.90):
Naturally grilled in basic salt and pepper topped with Manhattan garlic butter sauce
the portion is big...
i had the choice of fries



三文鱼很香也很多汁 很好吃 ~
the salmon is succulent and flavoursome...





Creamy Seafood Pasta (RM19.90):
鱼块和炸乌贼再淋上大蒜奶油酱的海鲜意粉
第一次送来的时候只有炸乌贼
我们只好把它退回去...
Fettuccine with fish fillets and squids tossed in garlic butter sauce
at first the pasta was served with only a few deep fried squid rings
we returned it...



当它被送回来时
我们发觉是他们再煮过的
这一次的有鱼块和更多的炸乌贼

让我们都感受到他们的诚意...

when it was sent to us again
it is totally different plate of pasta with more squid rings and some fish fillets
we really appreciate their effort...
