可是今天中午当我们经过时发觉已经开张了
我们就决定试一试咯 ~
Another new restaurant @ Tropicana City Mall
what we read on the notices is this restaurant will be opened on 1 April
but when we walked past today it is opened for business
so here we go ~
餐牌:
这里的食物和 广东金厨 的差不多
有点心, 炖汤, 粥, 饭, 面和各种烧腊如 烧肉, 烧骨, 叉烧和乳猪等等
Menu:
Food serve here is very similar to those at Canton-i like dim sums, soups, porridge, rice, noodles and roast meat like pork belly, pork ribs and suckling pig etc
鲜虾云吞汤 (RM10.80):
云吞皮很薄
虾只很新鲜弹牙
Fresh Prawn Wanton Soup (RM10.80):
the skin is so thin and the prawn inside is fresh and crunchy
烧味双拼饭(RM11.80):
烧肉叉烧和油饭
油饭很香很蓬松 不太油腻
叉烧有点硬 不属于会溶在口中那种
Twin BBQ Combination Rice (RM11.80):
roast pork and barbecued pork served with oil-rice
the rice is fluffy and fragrant
the barbecued pork is slightly hard not those that will melt in your mouth
芝蔴烧骨面 (RM11.80):
面是分开的
这烧骨很好吃 肉嫩嫩的又多汁
Barbecued Pork Ribs with Sesame Noodles (RM11.80)
noodle is served separately
the meat is tender and juicy... delicious
这面条也不错哦 QQ 的...
the noodle is very good too...
not too soft with a little chew
炭烧乳猪面(RM16.80):
面条也是分开的
大概有整十片的脆皮乳猪

脆皮烧腩面 (RM11.80):
为什么这面又没分开放的
烧腩的味道不错 可是肉就有点干
Crispy Roast Pork Belly Noodles (RM11.80):
and i cannot understand why the noodle is not served separately like the others
the roast pork with crispy skin is pretty tasty but the meat is a little to the dry side
外带的盒子/take away:
酥皮蛋挞 两件 (RM3.80):
酥皮不酥的
比不上棠记的好吃
Crispy Egg Tart 2 pcs (RM3.80):
the pastry is not crispy at all
and it is not as good as those at Tong Kee
港葡式蛋挞 (RM3.80):
和我们常见到的葡挞很不一样...
酥皮是蓬松多层的 而蛋馅香滑好吃
Portuguese Cream Tart 2pcs (RM3.80):
very different from those Portuguese tarts we get around here...
with fluffy pastry the egg filling is very creamy and delicious
奶皇菠萝包 两件 (RM3.80):
这个我没吃到... 所以没意见
