鸿城茶餐室的鱼头米粉 ~
Fish Head Noodle @ Hong Seng, Sec 17, Petaling Jaya
RM4.80 一碗/per bowl:
用的是粗米粉:
奶白色的汤下了点酒 很香
炸过的鱼肉块都没有骨头 很容易吃
还有很多的咸菜丝和蕃茄片
吃起来有点酸酸的...
thick rice noodles are being used:
the milky soup with some chinese wine smells really good
served with deep fried boneless fish fillets which are very easy to eat
there are also lots of shredded sour veggie and tomato pieces
the over all taste is a little sourish which we enjoy ~

我超愛吃魚頭米粉的,
這家還沒幫襯過,
我比較喜歡生魚肉^^
没有骨的比较容易吃, 不然一直要吐骨很麻烦 :P

sourish taste from the tomato, i likez. it's a good contrast from the milky taste. ;D

Discovering the best fish head noodles with the best balance of carnation milk, fish and ham choy is difficult. I like thin noodles for its rough and harder texture for this.
This tall is quite new right. Don't have when I work around here.
