富临酒家 ~ Ah Yat Abalone Forum Restaurant (2)

RM108++ 的吉品干鲍带子皇鱼翅餐
Yoshihama Dried Abalone, King Scallop and Shark's Fin Set @ RM108++



餐牌/Menu:





清酒浸螺片:
这个很好吃!
螺片的味道很接近鲍鱼 很鲜甜 Photobucket
而那清酒汤也很够味...
Marinated Sea Whelk with Sake:
this is very delicious!
the sliced sea whelk tasted like abalone
the sake soup is also flavoursome...





菜胆鸡煲翅:
排翅的份量很够
乳白色的汤很重黄芽白味
(明明是黄芽白,为什么叫它菜胆)
我接受不到这个味道... Photobucket
Double Boiled Shark's Fin with Chicken and Cabbage:
portion of shark's fin is very generous ~
the soup is milky and the cabbage taste is too over powering
i totally cannot accept the taste of this...





二十八头吉品干鲍扣花菇:
花菇吸收了鲍鱼汁很美味
和汤匙一般大小的鲍鱼就很失望
味道和口感都很差
没有嚼劲... 吃起来好像面粉做的感觉
28PPC Yoshihama Dried Abalone with Mushroom "Ah Yat Style":
the mushroom is very tasty
but the tiny abalone is very disappointing
not only it is lack in taste and flavour
it also lack the chew... tasted like flour-made





蒜香烧焗带子皇:
超大粒的日本带子
可惜口感不结实也不弹牙
Baked King Scallop with Garlic:
Gigantic Japanese sea scallop
too bad the texture is not firm and lack the bouncy feel







鲍汁港芥兰:
芥兰爽口也没纤维
我比较喜欢味道浓郁的鲍鱼汁
这个有点淡...
Stewed Hong Kong Kailan with Abalone Sauce:
crunchy and fresh veggie
and the abalone sauce is not as flavoursome as expected
i prefer one with a stronger taste ~





迷你糯米饭:
就一小碗的
除了青葱没见到料
有点粘...
Fried Glutinous Rice:
very plain and small portion
without any significant ingredients other than the spring onion
a little sticky...





生磨杏仁茶:
浓郁香滑也不会太甜
Fresh Almond Juice:
no idea why this is called juice...
it is actually a sweet soup a.k.a. tong shui
creamy and not powdery nor too sweet

那个麻麻而已, 口感可以更好,应该是不够新鲜...
