the normal version...
蛋馅软滑 碰到的时候还会"颤抖" 可是却有一定的弹性不易碎
wonder how they made the pastry so thin and cripsy at the edge:
the egg centre is smooth, soft and wobbly
not too sweet with the yummy egg fragrant...
牛油蛋挞/Butter Egg Tart (RM1.50):
look exactly the same as the normal egg tart
the butter taste is subtle
with a slight saltiness aftertaste... which makes the taste more exciting
the same type of super thin pastry with smooth, soft and wobbly filling:
