天宝阁 ~ Celestial Court, Hotel Imperial

到吉隆坡 Hotel Imperial 的中餐厅吃晚餐 ~ 天宝阁

日本小鲍鱼花胶汤 (RM68):
有一只新鲜小鲍鱼,花胶和白菜
鲍鱼很好味...汤也很甜 Photobucket
Abalone Soup (RM68):
comes with a fresh Japanese baby abalone, fish maw and veggie
the abalone is very tasty... and the soup is sweet





带子羹 (RM25):
鲜带子被切成碎块和很多的菠菜碎
颜色很青...很健康的感觉
味道不错不会粘粘的
Scallop Soup (RM25):
chopped fresh scallops and lots of chopped spinach
very healthy and green looking soup...
taste wise not bad and not as starchy as it looks





烤羊扒 (RM48):
四种厨师推荐的菜式之一...
羊肉很松软多汁也不骚
Lamb Chop (RM48):

the lamb is tender, juicy and flavoursome



两小块的羊肉在网的两边...
two bite-size lamb cutlet on each side of the netting...







四川虾 (RM30):
也是厨师推荐的菜式之一 ~
有点失望
很浪费吧... 把大虾切成小小块的
和我们在 Chynna 吃的很不一样
反而是配菜的鲜蘑菇和蒸蛋白吸收了虾的精华很够味好吃! Photobucket
Szechuan Prawn (RM30):
another one of the recommended dish ~
kinda disappointed with this dish
what a waste... the big prawn is being cut into tiny pieces
unlike the one we had at Chynna
but the fresh mushrooms and steamed egg white at the bottom are very delicious ~





咸鱼虾球炒饭 (RM38):
整个晚上最好吃的!
饭炒得很香很够"锅气"
如果喜欢吃咸鱼的应该会喜欢
除了很多咸鱼粒还有整十只新鲜又有弹性的虾球
Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Prawns (RM38):

the fried rice is very aromatic... if you enjoy salted fish and bouncy succulent prawns ~
there are so many salted fish cubes and at least 10 prawns in the fried rice





小小的咸鱼粒...
lots and lots of yummy salted fish cubes...

Uncle Chili Restaurant @ Amcorp Mall

到 Amcorp Mall 的 Uncle Chili 去吃午餐
因为其中一位同事需要到那儿去买些东西
我跟车的就跟着去咯...

Since one of our colleagues need to purchase something there
as i follower i just join the group... car pool ~

凉粉豆奶 Soya Bean Cincau (RM1.80):
中国茶 Chinese Tea hot (RM1):
价钱很公道...

东炎米粉 (RM5.50):
看不到料的
有着很浓的东炎香味
可是吃的味道没嗅的来得浓烈
Tom Yam Mee Hoon (RM5.50):
can't see the ingredients...
smells like tom yam and taste is on the mild side



在米粉下的料...
the hidden ingredients...





泰式炒米粉 (RM5.50):
蛮受欢迎的...
米粉不太湿很油腻味道不错
蛮辣的哦
Thai Style Fried Mee Hoon (RM5.50):
One of the very popular dish
the mee hoon is not very oily and flavoursome
on the spicy side...





中式意粉 (RM5.50):
看似很普通可是非常好吃...
同事每一次到这里来都吃这个

Chinese Style Fried Spaghetti (RM5.50):
this looks kinda plain but very delicious...
my colleague eats this everytime we visit this place
must try this during my next visit





生虾伊面 (RM12):
餐牌里算是最贵的面类了...
有两只大虾
可惜炸过的伊面很粗很硬
要浸在蛋汁里等它变软有点浪费时间
Sang Har Yee Min (RM12):
The most expensive noodle in the menu...
served with two big prawns
but i find the yee min too thick and hard
must soak in the egg gravy and wait for it to be soften





炒姜鸡伊面 (RM5.50):
一道非常简单的膳食
至少伊面煮得刚刚好
不太硬也不太软
Ginger Chicken Yee Min (RM5.50):
very simple meal...
at least the yee min is just nice not too hard or soft

Sushi Groove @ One Utama

终于我也到 Sushi Groove 去用餐了...
常常经过这家餐厅
可是每一次都没有为它停留
可能是那暗暗的环境
可能是被网络上的评语影响了
可能是餐牌太花了
可能...
不过我总该试一试吧...
Finally my turn to dine at Sushi Groove...
been passing by this restaurant numerous times and yet never bring myself to walk in
maybe it is the setting
maybe it is the review i read on the net
maybe the menu is just too confusing
maybe...
but at least i should give it a try...

California Roll (RM10.90):
没什么特别的饭团
其实我是被牛油果和 Tobiko/飛魚卵 所吸引的
很不好意思的说四种被我选中的饭团竟然有三种是有牛油果和 Tobiko (飛魚卵) 的
(Tobiko 是由飛魚卵鹽漬 而成的)
A fusion classic...
nothing special... i was attracted by the avocado and tobiko (a.k.a. flying fish roe)
and for this meal i have three out of four types of rice roll with these two ingredients !!

Golden Gate Roll (RM14.90):
新鲜的三文鱼(鲑鱼)片, 牛油果和飛魚卵
这也是有牛油果和飛魚卵的哦...
味道不错只是很好奇为什么金枪鱼是粉红色的...
Fresh salmon and avocado roll topped with fresh tuna
see... this also comes with avocado and tobiko Photobucket
not too bad but wonder why the tuna is so pink...





Baby Dragon Roll (RM12.90):
天妇罗虾 (炸虾), 鳗鱼和蚧柳 (蟹肉棒) 沙律饭团外面再加上牛油果片和飞鱼卵

这个饭团太多饭了...
Shrimp tempura, unagi, crab salad roll layered with avocado and tobiko
more avocado and tobiko !!
too much rice...





Extravaganza Roll (RM18.90):
三种鱼: 三文鱼(鲑鱼), 吞拿鱼(金枪鱼) 和 黄尾鱼(鮪魚? 黃鰭鮪魚?) 加上少许的乳酪
很特别颜色也很漂亮...
我比较喜欢没有乳酪的
Fresh salmon, fresh tuna and fresh yellowtail with a touch of cream cheese
something very unique and colourful...
however i prefer this without the cream cheese





酿日本蘑菇 (RM7.90):
日本蘑姑里酿的是味增鱈魚和葱碎
味道很"特别"...
只是我接受不来觉得怪怪的Photobucket
Fried Stuffed Shiitake Mushroom (RM7.90):
Japanese mushrooms stuffed with seasoned gindara and chopped onions
Gindara (銀鱈): Sablefish
maybe this is an acquired taste... which is not my type
it tasted really weird to me
