Jack's Place 的晚餐
因为之前有过不愉快的经验差一点儿就把这餐厅给忘了
过了很久的一段时间决定再试一试...
Dinner @ Jack's Place
Almost forgotten about this restaurant as we had a bad experience earlier
and after many many months we decided to try it out again...

蒜茸面包:
主菜之前送到的
不太厚加上薄薄一层的蒜茸牛油
很香脆
Garlic bread is served before the mains:
thinly sliced and lightly butter... very crispy
牛油牛扒 (RM42):
是放在铁板上的...
Butter Steak (RM42):
served on a hot plate...
又嫩又多汁的美味牛肉:
juicy and tender piece of meat:
Jack's 特式牛扒 (RM42.50):
Jack's Special Steak (RM42.50):
和平时一样酱料分开放:
老实说很多时候我都不需要这些酱料的...
as usual gravy at the side:
frankly most of the time i dun need them
不知道为什么我的牛扒有点冷
吃起来怪怪的... 难道应该是这样的么?
我把牛扒搬到牛油扒的铁板里热一热...
some how my steak is kinda cold... is this normal ?
so i shifted it into the hot plate tumpang (sharing) the heat of the butter steak
稍微有点温度的牛扒味道好多了...
嫩嫩的粉红色牛肉
味道不错 ~
after it is slightly warmed up:
the pink centre...
this is delicious ~

牛油牛扒应该很香吧。。。但我不敢吃太生的牛肉 :(

You can find Jack's Place like in every mall in Singapore. The steak's colour damn tempting.
Ya, my friend from US says no one put sauce on the steak there. He told me, just place the knife on the steak and the knife will slowly slide down cutting the steak. Don't have to use any force.
