since no reservation is being made and the non-smoking area is fully seated
we opted for the smoking area...
i guess we were very lucky as patrons seated around us were not smoking ~
Double-Boiled Abalone Soup with Fish Maw, Premium Ginseng, and Mushrooms in Superior Broth (RM48):
Kinda plain with one slice of abalone and a stalk of baby pak choy
taste wise very light
Braised Fresh Australian Scallops & Sun Dried Scallops with Chopped Snow Fungus in Egg Drop Flakes (RM25):
i have got no idea what egg drop flakes means...
but this is how it looks like when served ~
Lots and lots of fresh scallops in the soup ~ yummy !!
Braised sliced Abalone with Sea Cucumber, Mushroom in Superior Sauce (RM58):
well, the abalone is sliced... as in ONE slice only
Tiger Prawn Steamed with Chinese Angelica Broth and Egg White (RM28/pc):
this is extremely delicious !!
the prawn meat is fresh and bouncy while the broth and egg white is so flavoursome ~
i will surely come back for more of this...
Hong Kong Vegetables of the Day (RM28):

Honey-Glazed Boneless Chicken Topped with Crispy Ginger Flakes (RM30):
the chicken pieces is kinda normal but love the crispy ginger flakes !! so tasty ~
Fragrant Fried Rice with Chicken Char Siew & Shrimps in Yong Zhou Style (RM32):
the small portion but big enough to feed 4 person...
the fried rice is lack of the "wok hei" but still very delicious ~
After requesting for the bill, we got this...
