菜茎没有纤维...
Fried Veggie:
i can't remember how much is this as a friend we met seating at the next table paid for our bill
the veggie is very fresh
all the stalks can be eaten without those tough fibre...
广东炒 (RM11):
这也是中的
炒的是鸳鸯: 粿条和米粉
很多蔬菜, 鱼饼, 猪肉, 猪肝, 虾和蛋浆
这碟的锅气就比较明显...
Cantonese Fried (RM11):
this is also the medium portion
noodles are koay teow and bee hoon mix
lots of veggie, fish cake slices, pork, liver, prawns with yummy egg gravy
the taste of wok-hei is more significant...

i hang out at sentul but nvr heard of ah yap hokkien mee leh...hmmm, since 1960 means i have to ask my dad lar..hehehe...
a bit on the wet side hor? i like my dry, extra dry. with lots of lard! hehehe...
