Korean BBQ for dinner ~
我们四个不想吃饭就叫了三种肉; 猪肉, 牛肉和羊肉
The BBQ order is mininum two types of meat from the menu
so for four of us, we choose three types of meat; pork, beef and lamb since we are not having rice
all the BBQ-ing is being done by the staff
we just sit there comfortably enjoying all the side dishes while waiting for the meat to be ready ~
First the lettuce and three types of sauce:
and the BBQ area is being heated up:
some garlic slices in a small cup at the side...
came the soup:
and lots and lots of side dishes:
all are tasty...
once we finished any of them, the wait staff will replaced with new ones
Pork Special (RM35):
Selected cuts of pork that is soft and tender, served with seasoned sesame oil sauce
they also thrown in some mushroom and onion slices together with the pork
now the meat is ready to be eaten:
the pork slices are tender and juicy
we can taste the freshness of the meat...
We notice every time they bbq different meat, they will change the grill...
Wang Gal-bi (RM55):
Choie beef short ribs sepcially hand filleted, marinated in heavenly sweet soy sauce
see... new grill for bbq-ing the beef
when the meat is cooked
they will cut them into bite size pieces...
according to the wait staff this should be the way to eat it...
first place the meat and garlic on the lettuce
and add some bean paste sauce
roll it up and put in the mouth
this way it tasted much better !
Yang-nyum Yang-go-gi (RM35):
choice cuts of lamb specially hand filletted, marinated in sweet soy sauce
very well marinated delicious and no lamby smell...
