Restaurant Mama Kitchen @ Taman Tun

Located off the main commercial area
this restaurant is located on the row of shop houses backing Secret Recipe

Menu:

Photobucket
Fried Roast Pork with Garlic (RM12):
the roast pork is fried with garlic and dark soya sauce till fragrant
this is very delicious...
however it may be too salty if not eating with rice

Claypot "Loh She Fun" (RM10):
the signature dish...
this is the medium portion enought to feed four of us
"Loh She Fun" also known as Silver Needle Noodles
served with lots of minced meat and a fresh egg in the middle

after some mixing...
other than the minced meat, there are prawns also pork liver slices in this too
have to do the mixing pretty quickly otherwise the liver slices at the bottom will be burnt

this is flavoursome
Not too oily but very sticky
have to eat it while it is still hot... Photobucket

Herbal Tea (RM1.30)
Soya Bean (RM1.50)
Coconut (RM4)

Cooool, now I know where to go when I get hunger pangs and am in the vicinity. The lou shue fun looks very good, actually...so full of ingredients and not oily, just the way I like it!
