可是这里用的却是鲍鱼菇
味道嘛... 就是蘑菇汤的味道咯 ~
Mushroom Soup (RM4.99):
usually this is done with button mushroom
but here we get abalone mushroom instead
still taste like mushroom soup though ~
BBQ 鸡 (RM12.99):
配菜有莴苣, 稍微烤过的蕃茄和黄梨 BBQ 酱
鸡腿烤得外皮金黄色
里面的肉却是美味多汁
BBQ Chicken (RM12.99):
Serves with lettuce, lightly grilled tomato and mashpotato at the bottom, with pineapple cubes in bbq sauce
the chicken drumstick is nicely grilled to golden brown on the skin while the meat is still juicy
茄汁海鲜意粉 (RM14.99):
很多海鲜
保持水准 和上一次吃的没差...

相当有名的千層薄餅皮蛋糕...
千層薄餅皮蛋糕 Mille Crepes 又名千層可麗餅蛋糕
是一种法式蛋糕/甜品
就是用很多层薄薄的饼皮叠在一起做成的
有多种口味如: 香草, 草莓, 绿茶和巧克力等等...
The very popular luscious Mille Crepe ~
Mille crêpe is a French cake made of many crêpe layers.
"Mille" ("mil") means "a thousand," implying the many layers of crêpe.

Siew Mai with prawn and chicken stuffing topped with some flying fish roe and a tiny bit of sea urchin...
现定现蒸的烧卖比普通的稍微大
海胆虽然很小的份量可是还尝到那鲜味
富有弹性的鲜虾增加了嚼劲... 好吃
freshly steamed and slightly bigger than our average siew mai
the sea urchin portion is tiny but still able to taste it...
the bouncy prawn give a bit of chew to this ~ delicious
黑块菌鲜虾饺 (24):
Prawn and Black Truffle "Har Gau" (RM24):
超薄又透明的外皮...
very thin and translucent skin...
全虾很新鲜多汁...
the whole prawn is fresh and succulent...
餐牌里还有很特别的各式各样炒, 烧烤和蒸的菜肴 ~
各种海鲜和肉类都用不同的煮法再配上被推荐的蔬菜类
虽然如此餐厅还蛮贴心的让顾客选择自己喜爱的蔬菜配法...
The menu for wok, grill and steam dishes is very interesting ~
each type of seafood, beef, mutton or poultry with different style of cooking comes with a recommended complementary veggie, however we are also given a choice to swap the veggie...
日本扇贝 + 野蘑菇 (RM55):
超大的扇贝是用 XO 酱烹调
被推荐的蔬菜是芦笋
可是我比较喜欢蘑菇就把它改了
没见过这么大又厚的新鲜扇贝哦
非常好吃...
心里在盘算着要再来多几次 ~

Huge and fresh Japanese Scallops in XO sauce
the recommended veggie is asparagus, but i prefer wild mushroom...
the scallops are huge and fresh !!
this is very very good must come back for more ~
大虾 + 芥兰 (RM80):
蒜茸豉油皇虾和蔬菜
餐牌里配的是莴苣
我们换成芥兰...
这个也很不错哦 ~

Garlic soy glaze prawns with a choice of veggie
the recommended veggie is lettuce but we change it too kai lan instead
this is also very good ~
XO 酱海鲜炒饭 (RM35):
有很多切粒的扇贝和鲜虾
够锅气... 带蛋香味的炒饭
XO Fried Rice with Seafood (RM35):
lots of chopped scallops and fresh prawns
with good wok-hei and egg fragrance fried rice
The Study of Durian (RM20):
榴槤甜品...
炸春卷, 焦奶油, 甜甜圈, 薄煎饼和雪糕
因为不想吃甜甜圈把它换成薄煎饼
炸春卷里有榴槤馅味道不错可是油了点
榴槤雪糕很滑没有榴槤肉的... 还好
A spring roll, a burnt cream, a doughnut, a pancake and ice cream
since we are not interested in the doughnut version we requested for two durian pancakes instead...
the spring roll with durian filling is very crispy but a bit oily
the durian ice cream is smooth but without durian flesh...
焦奶油也不错吃超滑的
可是份量很少就一个酱料小碟...
the burnt cream is not too bad but very small portion...
served in a saucer
很失望的榴槤薄煎饼
kinda disappointed with the durian pancakes
很扁又小
虽然有榴槤肉可是味道很差
觉得 The Gardens 的好多了 ~
it is flat and small
the taste of durian flesh is also no good
still prefer the one at The Gardens

向她问清楚了地点就找时间去买...

we cant wait to get some of these really pretty cupcakes ~
这家位于 Damansara Uptown 的店也不难找
和 Telekom 同一排, 也就是渣打银行后面, 面向着住宅区的那一排店铺
在那单程路上行走时注意一个黑色的遮阳棚上面印了一个白色超大的杯子蛋糕地就是了
This shop is located in Uptown area
same row as Telekom, or behind Standard Chartered Bank, which is also facing the houses
travelling along that one way street just look out for a black canopy with a white giant cupcake design on top...

薄菏与巧克力粒 (RM3.80):
只有那薄薄一层绿色的是薄菏口吻
吃的时候口里有些冰凉
可惜的是没找到巧克力粒粒...
Mint and Chocolate Chip (RM3.80):
only the thin green layer is mint flavour which gives a cooling feel in the mouth when eating this
unfortunately no choc chip is found in the cupcake...
草莓口味的 (RM3.80):
我在柜台看到的时候明明是有颗小红心在上面的
可是买回来后却找不到...
还是很普通的蛋糕铺上草莓口味的糖霜
Strawberry (RM3.80):
when i saw this in the display counter there is tiny red heart on top of the frosting
but when i got home i cant find the tiny heart any where...
again a very simple cupcake with strawberry flavour frosting
皇家巧克力 (RM4.50):
皇家系列的杯子蛋糕...
巧克力蛋糕和巧克力糖霜
不会太甜... 很浓的巧克力味道
体积却是比 我上一次吃的 小一半

not too sweet... and full of chocolate flavour
this is abt half the size of what i had earlier
整体来说蛋糕蛮松软的
糖霜是糖做的理所当然是甜的
全部的造型都很精致漂亮
因为都很小所以觉得贵了点
Generally the cupcakes are soft
the frosting being the frosting which is supposed to be sweet is sweet
all of them are very pretty looking and expensive... as the cupcake is really small

现在据说中午十一点就开始营业到下午时分
The popular Hoong Kee Wan Tan Mee store:
many years ago they only start business after 3pm
and we use to eat here during tea time
now they start around 11am and still serving till tea time
云吞面 (RM4):
之前是 RM3, 然后 RM3.50, 然后 RM3.80, 现在是 RM4...
全蛋面煮得刚刚好很香
同事说这就是有没有下猪油的分别
用的是瓷碟和竹筷子...

used to be RM3, then RM3.50, then RM3.80 and now RM4...
the egg noodle is very tasty
according to my colleague that is the difference in using lard for mixing the noodle and those without ~
porcelain plate and bamboo chopsticks...

the wan ton:
the skin is a little too thick so a bit hard

是之前我写过委员 Kota Damansara 的客家面分档
Hakka Mee with Curry Chicken Add-on (RM4.50):
the branch of the same Hakka mee store located at Kota Damansara which i posted earlier
非常好吃的咖哩鸡:
不会太辣而鸡肉嫩嫩又入味
very delicious curry chicken:
not over spicy and the chicken is tender and tasty
怡保白咖啡:
忘了多少钱
这咖啡很差...没有咖啡的味道
就是用半包三合一咖啡冲的那样
又很不巧的这半包竟然都是奶粉...
Ipoh White Coffee:
cant remember how much is this
but this tasted really horrible !
something like half a packet of those 3-in-1 while all the creamer ended up at this side of the packet...
