House & Co ~ Shifted

House & Co
Haven't been to House & Co for awhile
and today when we were there we realised that the entire second floor of BSC Old Wing is closed for renovation...
Upon checking with the security personnel we were told that House & Co is now located on the third floor of the new wing, near Actors' Studio ~

The cafe is still located behind the furniture and household items shop
The nasi lemak is still very good...
this time we packed the layered cakes for tea time...

There were three types of layered cake available @ RM2 per slice:

Photobucket
The one with haw flake or Crataegus :
in Cantonese commonly known as shan-char-peng
a kids' favourite snack...
din know can be used for layered cake
a very unique taste not too sweet with a hint of sour

the prune:
lots of prune in the layered cake
full of the prune flavour with a bit of chew Photobucket

and the coffee flavour with almond topping:
compared to the two earlier this is nothing special...
a decent slice of layered cake not too dry and not too sweet
