PJ Paramount ~ 鸿运海鲜菜馆 Lucky Restaurant (3)

除了晚餐有时候我也会和同事到这家餐馆享用午餐
人少我们就各叫各的
如: 鱼头米粉, 炒福建面, 炒饭, 炒米粉或是其它的...
如果人多我们通常都会叫菜吃饭
今天我们一共有六位当然是叫菜吃饭咯 ~
Other than dinner occasionally i also eat lunch here with my colleagues
if only a few of us we will order individual dish like fish head noodle, fried Hokkien mee, Fried rice, fried bee hoon etc...
but when there are more than 5 of us we usually order a few dishes to share
As for today there are 6 of us so we had some dishes with rice

Nyonya Style Steamed Tilapia:
One of our favourite !!
Meaty Tilapia steamed in Nyonya sauce which taste like assam and not very spicy
very appetising and good to eat with rice





咕咾肉:
除了猪肉还有大葱, 蕃茄和黄瓜块
大家都很喜欢 ~
Sweet and Sour Pork:
Sliced pork with onions, tomato and cucumber cubes
a very popular dish among us ~





三黄蒸蛋:
就是三种蛋咯: 皮蛋, 咸蛋和鸡蛋
又滑又好吃...我的最爱!
Steamed Egg:
three types of eggs; century egg, salted egg and normal chicken eggs
smooth and delicious... my fav ! Photobucket




我们六个, 六碗饭和六杯罗汉果凉茶: RM60
Six of us with six rice and herbal tea total: RM60

I been there last year..I love sweet and sour pork..it's one of my fav dish..slurp~~~~

Just by looking at the sweet & sour pork, I know it's my kind of sweet & sour pork. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Sauce that is not too watery nor thick. That's why sweet & sour pork is one dish that is easy to learn but hard to master. Have been looking everywhere for this perfectly cooked sweet & sour pork and you've found it. Can't wait to try.

How much pork do you get in that s&s pork? I am asking because I had some at a restaurant in Sectn 17 and there was more batter than pork in each piece, but it was so absolutely delicious because of the crispy and light batter.

This been a long long time since I tried on nice kou lou yuk...Missing it. Nyonya sauce? Is it a kind of sweet, sour and spicy sauce? RM60 is considered cheap devided by 6 of you.

for RM10 per pax this is very reasonable ^_^
