新煮意 ~ SOHO (2)

有一段时间没去新煮意吃了
近来常听到朋友们提起我没尝试过的食物
终于找到时间去吃了....
It had been awhile since i last visited SOHO at One Utama
since i heard so much about other food they serve which i had not try
so here i am again back at SOHO ~
It is still one of my fav restaurant

人參乌龙 (RM6):
本来是要叫龙珠花茶的
可是竟然卖完了
餐馆经理介绍了这个
我们就试试咯...
Ginseng Oolong
Actually we wanted the Dragon Pearl tea but it was out of stock
apparently too popular among their guests
so the Captain recommended this instead



大头照
茶叶都是一粒一粒的
人参就不知道在那里了~

don't ask me where is the ginseng



过了一些时候
茶的颜色变深变红了
喝了之后口里会有一种清香味~
after some soaking
this is the real color of the tea...
i like the after taste of this tea





椒盐软壳蟹 (RM25):
蛮大份的大概有三只软壳蟹吧
虽然是煎炸的可是并不油腻
还很香脆...
Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab
with chili salt ? i am not quite sure how they put it in English
but in Mandarin it is chili/pepper salt ~ jiu yim in Cantonese
not oily and very crispy...





香茜鱼片肠粉 (RM14):
这也是餐厅经理介绍的
鱼片是煎过的再加上芹菜碎
然后包在肠粉里...
味道不错也很好嚼
Fish Slice Rice Roll
the fish slices are fried before being wrapped in the rice roll together with a little chopped Chinese celery
this is very tasty and we like it so much ~

雪花牛肉粥 (RM18):
送来的时候是酱的咯....
Wagyu Beef Congee

大概都是酱大片的

we get quite a few pieces of these with decent size

当然少不了小笼包咯....
不过之前都放过两次了
这一次就不放了~
Of course not forgetting the Shanghai Steamed Meat Dumplings
but since i had posted the photos of it twice
this round i will just skip it ~

雪花牛肉粥 looks nice haha i love porridge oh! seem very smooth for the porridge.. yummy!

they do serve a variety of porridge...
the one i like best is this wagyu beef porridge ^_^
and the one i will not recommend to any one or order again will be the garoupa fish porridge ~ :p

Jiu Yim is short form for wu jiu (pepper) and yim (salt).
