Filipino cuisine is something very new to me ~
Golden Mushroom Bacon Maki (RM7.90):
Stir-fried spears of golden mushroom wrapped in pork bacon
there are six pieces of them per serving
they are so delicious...
Tofu Steak (RM9.90):
Lightly battered and fried tofu with minced pork and veggie in steak sauce
This fat piggy (RM46.90):
8 slabs of ribs in Classic sauce...
they are tender and juicy
before i can finished my dinner i was thinking of coming back again for this !!
Pork Binagoongan (RM11.90):
Pork belly and tomatoes stir-fried with shrimp paste
this dish looks really good however we find the pork belly too porky for our liking...
Tender spicy lamb stew cooked with veggie
this is very flavoursome minus the lamb smell
as for the veggie i only see potatos which are very tasty ~
Eel grilled with terriyaki sauce
i know we are not supposed to order this at a non Japanese restaurant
however this is a special request so... here it goes
very normal slice of eel
用虾酱炒的是南瓜, 长豆, 苦瓜和羊角豆
Sauteed pumpkin, long beans, bittergourd, okra with shrimp paste
a very unique mix of veggie
taste wise kinda exciting...
