海外天大饭店 ~ Restoran Oversea (Imbi) Sdn Bhd (2)

最近在海外天大饭店用餐时被介绍一道很出色的菜肴和一道甜品
Lately i was being introduced to a very delicious dish and a dessert at Oversea Restaurant
Jalan Imbi, KL



筋骨茅根煲 (RM25):

近近看:
肥油脂肪都去掉了
也没肉的哦
只留下粘在骨头上和关节处的筋
味道香浓 吃起来有点粘粘胶胶的感觉 Photobucket
酱汁也一样美味哦!!

因为很快就卖完了!

dun expect any meat too
only the tendon left on the bones... so gummy

椰子果冻 (RM6.50):
大概饭碗般的大小
椰子里的果冻软滑有着微微的椰香味
吃了感觉很清凉...Photobucket
Coconut Jelly (RM6.50):
about the size of a rice bowl
the jelly is soft with coconut fragrance
refreshing and delicious...

那個部位我不是很會吃的說
每次吃肉都把這個筋骨吐掉的
