清蒸皇海鲜冷气饭店 ~ Steam King Seafood Restaurant (2)

在清蒸皇吃的晚餐
一间之前常常客满的饭店
现在竟然没什么食客
而鱼缸里也没什么鱼...
Dinner @ Steam King Seafood Restaurant
used to be a very busy restaurant packed of customers
but we find them pretty empty and almost all the fish tanks are empty ~



清炒香港芥兰 (RM15):
很新鲜的芥兰没嚼不断的纤维
Fried Hong Kong Kai Lan (RM15):
a very good Hong Kong Kai Lan... no chewy fiber





清蒸红枣鱼 (RM58):
鱼是很新鲜
可是蒸太久了...
Steamed Red Snapper (RM58):
recommended by the captain
but we find this over steamed...





干煎淡水虾 (RM80):
当我们 (四个位) 叫这道菜时那负责人说两只就够了
那时候我们还以为我们叫了太多菜所以一人半只虾就够了
当这道菜被送上来时我们都吓了一大跳!!
虾很大只每只可以被切成四大块 Photobucket
Fried Fresh Water Prawns (RM80):
when we ordered the fresh water prawns for four of us the captain actually said two will be enough
so we thought maybe we had ordered some other dishes therefore half a prawn for each of us will be good
all of us got a shock however when we see this!!
the fresh water prawns are so big that each can be cut into four pieces





虾肉很厚很有弹性...
The meat is so thick and bouncy...



看看虾头有多大...
比我们吃饭用的汤匙大很多哦!
see the size of the prawn's head...
so much larger than our table spoon! star





蟹肉双菇水蛋 (RM8):
有点失望
蛋很滑很软可是蟹肉和蘑菇酱就粘粘的... 我们都不喜欢
Steamed Egg with Mushrooms and Crab Meat (RM8):
a little disappointed with this
the egg is soft and smooth but the mushrooms and crab meat gravy on top are too starchy...







红豆糖水:
这是免费的
用过晚餐后就被送上来
除了浓郁的红豆味糖水里也有很多的 西米
Red Bean soup:
this is on the house...
full of red bean fragrant with lots of sago too





白米饭/Rice : RM1 / per bowl
铁观音/Chinese Tea: Tie Guan Yin RM6
可乐/Coke: RM2.20

Huh? The fresh water prawns is equivalent to the price of a baby lobster over here? That's real expensive. Even the price for the red snapper is too much. I won't mind if it's grouper.

水蛋中的蘑菇如果是丁口感就会好些,蘑菇应该是提鲜的作用,放多了反而是画蛇添足

哇。。鱼也太贵吧??
一切已不如从前,
昨天才再次光顾清蒸皇,
虽然须要等才可以享佳肴[太多人~](哪里吃晚餐不用等?请我也不要去,因为没人,不是什么好东西~)
但是服务100分~
菜肴更不如从前,因为更好吃。。。
而且服务人员再也不是外劳。。。
简直焕然一新~
清蒸皇。。。支持你,
你的菜真的有进步了,
价钱也比以前便宜了~
