炒菜心/Fried Choy Sum (RM10):
炒奶白/Fried Nai Pak (RM10):
上汤啦啦 (RM15):
用的是米酒
啦啦有点瘦
我们觉得味道太甜了...
Steamed Clams with Chinese Wine (RM15):
the clams are very small for the shells
and we find the soup too sweet for our liking...
奶油虾 (RM20):
奶油丝又香又脆很好味
可惜虾却没有味道的...
而且虾壳很贴肉很难吃
Butter Prawns (RM20):
the butter "floss" is tasty and crispy
but too bad the prawns are tasteless...
and the shells stuck to the prawn very difficult to peel
椰子咖哩虾 (RM20):
招牌菜哦!
可是椰子在那里...
味道很浓郁可是不辣的
很适合配饭吃
Curry Prawns with Coconut (RM20):
the signature dish!!
but where is the coconut...
anyway this is not spicy at all and very flavoursome
good to eat with rice
清蒸白须公 (RM50):
鱼蒸得太久了
我们发觉鱼肉带粉红色
怀疑鱼是冷冻过的
可是店家说是游水的
Steamed Pak Sou Kong (RM50):
first the fish is over steamed
we found that the meat is with a hint of red/pink
suspecting the fish is being frozen... even thought they claimed that it was still alive minutes ago
酱蒸非洲鱼 (RM20):
卖相不讨好
可是很好吃
鱼肉很滑而豆酱也很够味!
Steamed Tilapia with Bean Paste (RM20):
the look of it is not appetising at all
but this is very good
the fish is very smooth and the bean paste tasty!
肉蟹是 RM28/公斤
Meat Crabs are priced at RM28/kg
咸蛋螃蟹:
这是干的...
酱很浓稠
一定要尝试!
虽然咸蛋酱很够味却不会掩盖了螃蟹的鲜味...
Salted Egg with Crab:
the dry version with creamy and thick salted egg gravy
this is highly recommended!
while the gravy is flavoursome it is not too strong and complement the freshness of the crabs well...
咸蛋螃蟹:
这是湿的...
咸蛋酱比较稀
吃起来还是干的比较好吃
Salted Egg with Crab:
this is the wet version
the salted egg gravy is more watery
and we prefer the dry version to this
清蒸螃蟹:
很多的姜丝和蛋白
我非常喜欢这!
蛋白吸收了螃蟹和姜的精华又松松的很好吃!!
Steamed Crab:
with lots of ginger and egg white
i like this very much!!
the egg white is so delicious and full of the essense of crab and ginger... yummy!!

Is that how brussel sprouts look in Malaysia? More used to the ones that look like tight little cabbages. You need to come to Sectn 17 to eat! I had the most delicious steamed pak so kong for rm23!

fish is usually expensive lar, at air-con restaurant some more :p
actually, i dun think we had crabs. erm, from wat i remember, thr was pork ribs, prawns.... aiya can't remember leh...@_@ gettin' old edi :((( but i remember the dishes were quite nice, hence twice the outing. hmm, maybe standard jatuh?
