Tempura prawn with almond flakes
Oven baked tomato stuffed with seafood and cheese
the baked tomato is very delicious with lots of seafood inside...
Duet Combination of Tutti-Fruiti Platter:
Honey-glazed pineapple with crispy sliced chicken breast
Golden fried polenta roll stuffed with risotto & durian
salad at one side...
this is with durian stuffing:
below the crispy chicken is a slice of pineapple... yummy !
Refreshing Lime Sorbet with Sour Plum:
Doubled-Boiled Superior Shark's Fin Broth with Wild Ginseng & "Pipa" Bean Curd:
first time drinking soup in a small cup we find it kinda exciting...
the "Pipa" bean curd is flavoursome...

Stewed Duck Leg Confit with Abalone & Sea Cucumber in Brown Sauce:
the duck meat is soft and full of flavour ~
Steamed Glutinous Rice with Barbeque Duck, Chicken & Dried Shitake Mushroom:
the glutinous rice is very soft yet not wet... very delicious
Homemade yellow wine cheese cake with ginger flakes:
we find eating cheese cake in a Chinese restaurant kinda out of place
and the waiter asked us if we want to have coffee to go with this...
but the cheese cake is very nice
As usual the sweets and toothpicks after we asked for the bill:
