东北菜 ~ Restoran Dong Bei @ Pudu

在同一间店铺经营了整十年的餐馆...
常客都是来念书或是工作的中国朋友
Been operating at the same location for almost 10 years...
attracts many students and workers from China







餐牌/Menu:





洋参须红枣凉茶 (RM2):
Ginseng roots and red dates hebal tea (RM2):






锅包肉 (RM15):
很开胃的一道菜
炸得香脆的猪肉块淋上用醋调的酱料
一点都不油腻 适合配饭吃
Sweet and Sour Pork (RM15):
a very appetising dish
deep fried pork slices with sourish vinegar sauce
it is not oily at all
good to eat with rice





肉锅贴 (RM8):
十个肉锅贴
外表和我们平时吃的很不一样
看起来一整片 好像全贴在一起煎的 Photobucket
Pot Sticker (RM8):
10 pcs of pot sticker a.k.a. fried pork dumpling
they look very different from what we usually get
all of them were stuck as one when served






韭葱的份量蛮多的味道重了点...
lots of leeks and the taste is a little overwhelming...





拔丝地瓜 (RM15):
甜品
披上脆糖衣的地瓜
没发觉有拔出丝来...
地瓜切得有点薄吃不到味道
觉得如果地瓜切厚些 口感会更好
"ba si" Sweet Potato (RM15):
this is dessert a.k.a. Caramelized Sweet Potatoes
sweet potato pieces with sweet crispy coating
this is cut too thinly therefore cant taste the sweet potato much...
a thicker cut would give a better bite Photobucket

All snacks? I still remember the oil-soaked fish (sui zhu yue), a little repulsive, but a hit when everyone's eating that in Beijing.
