泰式三鲜 (RM28):
有鲜虾, 鱼片, 乌贼片和羊角豆
单看卖相就流口水了...
海鲜都很新鲜弹牙
有点辣辣的很醒胃
3 Sea Treasures Thai Style (RM28):
prawn, fish and squid slices with okra
the seafood is really fresh and bouncy to bite
a little spicy it looks good and tasted very good too!
雪山飞狐 (RM42):
@ RM30/公斤
也就是盐焗非洲鱼
要预定哦 要不然就吃不到了
因为需要较长的时间来准备
Salt-Baked Tilapia (RM42):
@ RM30/kg
need to order in advance as it needs longer preparation time
虽然外表干干的
可是鱼肉的鲜汁都没干掉
所以鱼肉还是很嫩滑多汁 还有淡淡的姜和当归香味
looks dry at the outside
but all the fresh fish juice are concealed in the flesh
the meat is succulent with a hint of ginger and angelica fragrance...
招牌豆腐 (RM10):
撒上不少的肉豆腐很滑
大家都很喜欢
House Special Toufu (RM10):
Served wtih minced meat
the toufu is really soft
everybody loves this
咸鱼花腩煲 (RM23):
香喷喷 很适合配饭吃的一道菜
切片的花腩有些嚼劲 好好吃!
Braised Pork Belly with Salted Fish (RM23):
smells so good
good to eat with rice
the thinly sliced pork belly are delicious!
四大天王 (RM15):
有长豆, 羊角豆, 甜豆和茄子 (取代四瓣豆)
大家都很好奇怎么是茄子的
味道不错就是了
Four Heavenly Kings (RM15):
Four types of vegetables with belachan
there are long beans, okra, frech beans and eggplant (replaced the usual four angle bean)
we are very curious why eggplant is being used
anyway it tasted good too
两式芥兰 (RM12):
炸过的切丝芥兰叶吃起来很像紫菜
茎很爽口 不会老
Fried Kai Lan two styles (RM12):
the deep fried shredded kai lan leaves tasted a little like seaweed
while the stem is crunchy
炸盐焗鸡 (RM25):
虽然是炸过
鸡肉一样多汁好吃
Deep Fried Salted Chicken (RM25):
eventhough this is deep fried
the meat still juicy and delicious....
