面条上的是炸得香脆的猪大肠 还有一碗汤
Pork Noodle (RM4):
i asked for the dry version
the noodle is served with deep fried pig intestine and a bowl of soup
炸猪大肠洗得很干净再炸得香脆 没有杂味
The deep fried pig intestine is cleaned thoroughly and very crispy...
no funny smell at all ~
胡椒汤里有不少切成条状的猪舌头
带少许嚼劲 不错吃...
the soup tasted peppery and comes with pieces of pig tongue...
同一家档也卖猪什和鲜鱼粥...
鲜鱼粥 (RM4):

鱼片也很新鲜...
creamy and yet not too thick porridge:

Those 'spare parts' with noodles is new. I like them with my porridge but can only indulge once in a while.
kon lou mee with fried intestines??? shiok! me still not familiar with kota damansara but this kinda dishes make me wanna go more! ;)
