新源隆的 生记猪什粥和粉
看来在燕美律和燕美巴刹蛮有名的...

猪什粉 (RM4):
我选的是干捞面条
面条上的是炸得香脆的猪大肠 还有一碗汤
Pork Noodle (RM4):
i asked for the dry version
the noodle is served with deep fried pig intestine and a bowl of soup




炸猪大肠洗得很干净再炸得香脆 没有杂味 Photobucket
The deep fried pig intestine is cleaned thoroughly and very crispy...
no funny smell at all ~




胡椒汤里有不少切成条状的猪舌头
带少许嚼劲 不错吃...
the soup tasted peppery and comes with pieces of pig tongue...





同一家档也卖猪什和鲜鱼粥...
鲜鱼粥 (RM4):
From the same store... they also sell pork porridge and fish porridge
Fish porridge (RM4):




粥煲得绵棉的:
我们都很喜欢这样的粥
鱼片也很新鲜...
creamy and yet not too thick porridge:
we like the texture of it and the fish slices are very fresh too ~

我還以為IMBI PASAR那個是“只此一家,別無分行”

老板老板娘都在IMBI那里,
從小吃到大~真的很美味^^

Those 'spare parts' with noodles is new. I like them with my porridge but can only indulge once in a while.
