旺来海鲜饭店 ~ Restoran Wong Poh

木瓜酸 (RM3):
有点酸有点辣
很开胃的前菜...
Pickled Papaya (RM3):
a little sour a little spicy...
a very good appetiser





上汤啦啦 (RM12):
很多的姜丝 汤也很甜
可是啦啦过熟了有点硬...
Lala in Soup (RM12):
with lots of ginger strips and the soup is very sweet
but we find the lalas slightly overcooked they are a little tough...







清炒芥兰 (RM13):
茎看起来有点粗
可是都没有纤维哦... Photobucket
Stir-fried Kai Lan (RM13):
the stems might look thick but this is fresh
no tough fiber found in them...





咖哩排骨 (RM8):
肉很软又够味
不会太辣适合配饭吃
Curry Pork Ribs (RM8):
the meat is tender and yummy
not too spicy and good to eat with rice Photobucket





奶油螃蟹 (RM61.30):
这里的招牌菜哦!
RM36/公斤
在瓦煲里的三只螃蟹
螃蟹都很新鲜也很有肉
Butter Crabs (RM61.30):
The signature dish here!

the crabs are fresh and meaty



奶油酱很好味很好吃 Photobucket
应该用馒头沾来吃
可是我们的奶油酱很少
所以就没要馒头了...
thick and creamy butter gravy is flavoursome and delicious...
recommended to eat with the buns
but we didn't order any as the butter gravy is very little

Hard to get good lala dish in soup. Usually too salty, overcooked and not enough wine.

haha i find it amusing that vegetables nowadays cost more then pork..

the crab though looks awesome..but im staying away from them for awhile longer..too much cholesterol..

Crab is always my choice my favourite~ Lala in Soup I guess the one in Klang - New Boston Restaurant did it well. Very nice lala and soup~.. yummy~

Never had pork curry before. Not even tried cooking it. Ribs did look good though. Is this dish common?

Ooh, pickled papaya? Sounds exotic!, and I do love lots of ginger in my soup, though tough shellfish is never fun, is it?
