SW told me they served very good deep fried soft shell crabs
and i noticed they also served pun-choy (multi-layer of meat, seafood and veggie served in a very big bowl)
Since this is lunch for only four of us
we ordered two dishes and a veggie to eat with rice...
Two Styles Cat Fish (RM32):
The meat are sliced and fried with ginger and spring onions
while the bones are fried , and boiled with salted veggie and bean curd as soup
this soup is flavoursome !!
served pipping hot with some tomoto in it
the soup is thick and sour... very appetising
Fried fish slices:
the meat are thickly sliced and no bones at all
Fried Veggie (RM10):
Signature Pork Ribs (RM20):
since there are only four of us
two long ribs are being cut into six pieces...
deep fried and served with sweet and sour sauce
the taste of the sauce is very similar to those sweet and sour pork
the meat is tender and juicy
since the sauce is sourish this is good to eat with rice...
