芙蓉驰名之美食店 ~ Restoran Famous Seremban Favourites

位于 Sunway Mas Commercial Center...
最有名的是入口即化的叉烧

a very popular place to have the melt-in-the-mouth char siew ~









客家面:
这是干捞的
有很多肉碎...
Hakka Noodle:
This is the dry version...
served with minced meat



这面条很够味好吃
妈妈说有早古的味道
面条都很有弹性...
the noodle is flavoursome...
according to mum this has the taste of old time noodle
the texture is springy which is really good





我们叫的是烧肉和叉烧...
At first we ordered a plate of mixed char siew and roast pork to share...



可惜的是烧肉比较干我们都不喜欢...
the roast pork is a bit dry and we dun like it:



这里的叉烧真的非常好吃...
可以真正的体会到入口即化的意思 Photobucket
我们还多叫了一碟叉烧呢!
However the char siew is really very very good... Photobucket
it melts in the month the moment we bite into it ~
and we had to order another portion of this, just the char siew!







我们四人, 三碗客家面, 一碟饭和凉茶 RM36+
Four of us, three noodles and one rice with hebal drinks RM36+

i like the char siew here but i lurrvvveeee the hakka mee. minced pork with noodles..with zhu yau (pig oil) somemore..wah! shiok!!
