巨型的海鲜茶碗蒸 (RM20):
巨大的石碗里是日本什锦海鲜蒸蛋
用的是海鲜羹 尝起来像鱼翅汤 但少了那浓稠的淀粉口感
Jumbo Kaisen Chawanmushi (RM20):
Japanese steamed egg with assorted seafood in giant stone bowl
tasted like shark's fin soup minus the starchy texture
