初夏的菜单/Early Summer Menu:



Wagyu Kata Rohsu Steak (RM48):
热石烤和牛(肩部分)
份量有点儿小,但牛肉片鲜嫩多汁...
Grilled Wagyu (shoulder part) on hot stone
Kinda small portion, but the beef slices are tender and juicy...




炸Shimeji蘑菇 (RM12):
天妇罗风格小吃 有嚼劲的蘑菇
Shimeiji no Karaage (RM12):
Fried Shimeji Mushroom
a tasty tempura style snack with chewy mushroom




巨型的海鲜茶碗蒸 (RM20):
巨大的石碗里是日本什锦海鲜蒸蛋
用的是海鲜羹 尝起来像鱼翅汤 但少了那浓稠的淀粉口感
Jumbo Kaisen Chawanmushi (RM20):
Japanese steamed egg with assorted seafood in giant stone bowl
tasted like shark's fin soup minus the starchy texture
