可以选择汤或是干的
香脆江鱼仔, 木耳, 冬菇丝, 鸡肉碎
手撕的面粉粿薄得很均匀
吃的时候不会有满口都是面粉的感觉
很多料 汤头也很清甜
Traditional Mian Fen Gao (RM7.90):
either soup or dry version
served with fried enchovies, black fungus, mashroom & minced chicken
each slices of hand-torn noodle is equally thin
therefore we dun feel like eating flour
serverd with lots of ingredients and the soup is sweet and delicious
鲜菇蔬菜面粉粿 (RM7.90):
鲜菇, 金针菇, 木耳, 冬菇丝
这个也不错 料很多
配上那特制的辣椒酱很好吃
Mian Fen Guo with Veggie & Assorted Mushroom (RM7.90):
with fresh mushrooms, enokitake mushrooms & black fungus
this is pretty good too!
lots of veggie and mushrooms
tasted very delicious when eat with the chili sauce
加面 / 加蛋 / 加江鱼仔 / 加叁巴虾米辣椒 RM1
Additional noodle/ egg / anchovies / sambal chili shrips at RM1
因为我不习惯吃没江鱼仔的面粉粿所以加了这...
好大一碗的香脆江鱼仔才 RM1:
这样放进嘴里比较咸了点
如果放入汤里再捞起来吃味道就刚刚好 汤也更美味!
as i prefer to have anchovies with my mian fen guo
i order this for RM1:
pretty big portion!
tasted a little salty when eat alone
but if add into the soup it will taste much better and add flavour to the soup too !
