however the mapo beancurd is very spicy
beancurd is so hard that it is like eating the dry beancurd
干炒银针粉:
配料见到的是鸡肉片, 鸡蛋, 豆芽和少许的包菜丝和葱
味道普通...
Dry Fried Silver Noodle:
ingredients include: chicken pieces, egg, beansprouts and some cabbage and spring onions
tasted mediocre...
鸡扒汤面:
味道没什么特别 也不会太差
用的是全蛋面
两条菜心和几片切片的鸡扒
男生应该吃不饱的份量
Soup Noodle with Chicken Chop:
nothing special but not too bad
egg noodles are being used
with some veggie and a few cut pieces of chicken chop
portion will not fill an average guy

Mapo tofu is supposed to be spicy enough to "Ma" your tongue.
Maybe they haven't learn how to cook with soft japanese tofu?
