邦咯海鲜村 ~ Pangkor Village Seafood

午餐和同事去吃的...
其实吃了好几次啦可是每一次都忘记拍照
看到食物就太紧张要吃什么都忘了 ~

actually we had been to this place several times but every time i seem to forget about taking some pictures
probably the food here is too delicious ~





桔子酸梅 (RM1.60):
好像来这里用餐顾客都会叫的饮料
普通啦...
Sour Plum
most of the customers have this drink
but just a very normal one...





这里的招牌菜 ~ 邦咯咖哩鱼头
小的 (RM26):
有点辣又带点酸的亚叁鱼头
只是这咖哩就可以吃完一碟饭了~
The signature dish here... Fish Head Curry - S (RM26):
assam type a bit spicy and a little bit sour...
with the gravy can finished one big plate of rice





羊角豆, 茄子和豆腐卜...
Ladies fingers, brinjal and toufu-pok...



虽然说是鱼头也有肉的啦...
even though this is a fish head dish it is still meaty...





蜜糖鸡 (RM12):
只用鸡腿肉的
所以又香滑又好味
Honey Chicken
they only use drumstick for this dish
so yummy and tasty very flavoursome...





腐乳炒蕹菜(通心菜) RM8:
味道不错够"锅气"
Fried Kangkong with fermanted toufu
something different from the usual sambal belancan version
very tasty too ~

新合成茶餐室 ~ Restoran Sin Hup Seng

有些朋友说: 你只选贵和有冷气的餐厅吃东西啊...
其实我也只不过是一个普通的上班族
当然没可能天天都吃贵的啦
我和我的同事们也常常到各处的茶餐室吃午餐如: TTDI, 17区, 14区, 百乐镇和东南亚花园
这是我们的最新发现吃杂饭的好地方 ~ 东南亚花园的新合成茶餐室
就在 KFC 对面
和日昇烧鸭店同一排的店铺 ~
Well... many complains that i only eat expensive food at air-con restaurant
however, that is not true i do eat normal food like mixed rice a.k.a economy rice commonly known to the working class every where
we had been to coffee shops in TTDI, Section 17, Section 14, Paramount Garden and also Seapark for mixed rice and this is a new found mixed rice place for us
This restaurant is located opposite KFC at Seapark same row as Sunrise Roast Duck ~






这是RM6的杂饭:
有青菜, 苦瓜炒蛋, 炸猪肉丸, 梅菜猪肉和蒸鱼
很值得哦...
每一道菜式都很好味
我最喜欢那炸猪肉丸
This is the RM6 mixed rice...
veggie, fried egg with bitter gourd, fried meat balls, mui-choy with pork and the steamed fish on a separate plate
i would said it is really worth it!!
and all the dishes are so delicious....
i like the meat balls a lot they are just so delicious







这是RM5的杂饭:
有虾, 黑酱油炒鸡, 苦瓜炒蛋和亚叁鯆鱼 (魔鬼鱼)
JL 说那亚叁鱼很好吃又酸又辣的
This is the RM5 mixed rice...
comes with prawns, chicken in black sauce, fried egg with bitter gourd and the assam stingray on a separate plate
according to JL the assam stingray is sooooooooo flavoursome







这是RM4的杂饭
有茄汁豆, 炸猪肉丸, 酸菜和炒烧肉
This is the RM4 mixed rice...
comes with bake beans with egg, fried meat balls, veggie and fried roast pork

Porto Romano ~ Flavours of the Mediterranean

午餐到 Taman Tun Dr Ismail 的 Porto Romano 去吃
虽然 TTDI 算是吉隆坡可是对我来说它更像是八打灵的一部份
Lunch at Porto Romano located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail
TTDI is part of Kuala Lumpur but very very close to PJ and seems like part of PJ to me

Vegetarian Pizza (RM21):
we din expect the vegetarian pizza to be so colourful...
surprisingly very delicious and flavoursome







蘑菇薄饼
和之前的蔬菜薄饼比起来失色多了
味道也比较淡...
Mushroom Pizza (RM21):
compared to the vegetarian pizza this one looks kinda pale and tasted kinda plain too...







肉碎蕃茄酱意粉:
很好吃的意大利面还有很多的肉碎
Spaghetti Bolognese (RM18):
very yummy pasta full of minced meat.... yummy!!

一番居酒屋 ~ Ichiban Izakaya

位于 Plaza Damas 的 Starbucks 附近的日本餐厅
也就是说见到 Starbucks 后再隔两间店铺就会看到了
在 Plaza Damas 里到处都见到的广告牌上也是酱写着的
这一次我忘了拿名片所以如果要找这家日本餐厅就先找 Starbucks 咯~
The Japanese restaurant which is located 2 shops away from Starbucks of Plaza Damas
i mean when you are at Plaza Damas you will see a few of the directional signs and also promo for restaurant and this is one of them
and since during my visit i had forgotten to collect the name card the above would indicate the location of this restaurant

looks so beautiful and the seafood are very fresh too ~









三种选择的套餐 (RM25):
可以从餐牌里任选2, 3 或 4 种食物
套餐是包括三样菜+饭+汤+蒸蛋 和水果的
和 Sugimoto 的没差就是价钱比较贵...
The set meal of 3 choices (RM25):
there are options for either 2, 3, or 4 choices from a list of menu for the set meal at different prices...
and it comes with rice, miso soup , chawanmushi and fruits
very similar to the one offered at Sugimoto but slightly more expensive ~
