之前就听说 Lala Chong 已经搬到 Damansara 的 Kayu Ara
可是到现在才有机会去吃
这是15个人的晚餐 包括 6个小孩 分两桌...
爸爸请客所以没有详细的价格
Heard about Lala Chong is now at Kayu Ara, Damansara
and we finally make a trip there
this is a dinner for 15 pax including 6 children seated at two tables...
Dad paid for the bill so i am not too sure about the break-down
我们到达时大约是傍晚七点半左右
可能不是周末的缘故
餐馆那时候还没什么客人
We arrived slightly before 7:30pm
there are still lots of parking bays available and most of the tables were empty
芒果丝:
又酸又辣
很开胃的前菜...
Appetiser:
these mango slices are sourish and a little spicy
very appetising indeed....
峇拉栈蕹菜:
超得很香很好吃
还有很多的虾米呢!!
Kangkong Belancan:
this smells and tastes very good
there are so much dried shrimps!!
蚝煎:
鲜蚝很小只 吃得不过瘾
沾那辣椒酱吃更美味
Oysters Omelette:
a little disappointed as the oysters are pretty tiny in size...
it goes really well with the chili sauce
豆腐羹:
差不多每一桌都有叫这...
Seafood Toufu Soup:
a very popular dish serves here
羮里除了豆腐还有很多切粒海鲜... 好好吃!
there are lots of seafood pieces in it too... delicious!

Lala in Superior Soup:
the signature dish!
the lala and the soup is equally good ~
江南淡水虾:
虾只都很新鲜弹牙
我个人喜欢比较干身的煮法...
Kong-Nam Style Fresh Water Prawns:
the prawns are fresh and succulent!!
would have prefer a drier version of this...
菜园鸡:
沾那姜茸非常好吃
可惜份量太大了 大半只鸡被打包带回家...
Village Chicken:
this is very good too when eat together with the ginger provided
unfortunately the portion is too big that we have to pack more than half of this chicken home
清蒸河八丁:
这应该是一条很大条的鱼吧
我们吃的只是一部份而已
很新鲜的鱼 味道当然是一级棒咯 ~
Steamed River Patin :
this must be a very big fish as we are served only a portion of it
it is very fresh and tasted heavenly ~
咸蛋螃蟹:
Fried Crabs with Salted Egg:
很多的咸蛋...
螃蟹也很多肉
奇怪的是咸蛋黄除了不咸还没什么味道
就少了那个"刺激"
so much salted egg...
the crabs are meaty but the weird part is all the salted egg yolk pieces are not salty
therefore lack the 'kick'
价钱包括饮料和白米饭大概是 RM750
including drinks and rice for all of us the bill is about RM750
