这家是开放式的
在三楼的 High Street 的正中间
MPH 和 Parkson 前面
Sushi Zanmai @ One Utama
unlike the ones at Sunway Pyramid and The Gardens
this one is open concept
located right in the middle of High Street at Second Floor
in front of MPH and Parkson







炸鸡饭 - 小的 (RM8.80):
除了炸鸡片还有鸡蛋和蘑菇
份量适合吃少少的朋友...
Chicken Katsudon - Small (RM8.80):
Chicken Cutlet & Egg on Rice
portion is good for small eater...





茶碗蒸 (RM4.80):
香滑又嫩嫩的蒸蛋...
Chawanmushi (RM4.80):
Steamed Egg Custard
very soft and smooth...





鳗鱼饭 - 小的 (RM15.80):
味道浓郁的烤鳗鱼...
Unadon - Small (RM15.80):
Roasted Eel on Rice
The unagi is flavoursome ~





炸虾和蔬菜饭 - 大的 (RM15.80):
有点像马来小吃的炸虾面团... 这是日式的
味道不错份量很大
Kakiage Don- Large (RM15.80):
Fried Prawn & Vegetable on Rice
Something very similar to cucur udang... the Japanese version
delicious and very filling







鱼生寿司饭 - 小的 (RM10.80):
各式鱼生片铺在寿司饭上
我的最爱!
可是这小的比其它份量小的还要小...
Sakura Chirashi Don - Small (RM10.80):
Assorted Seafood on Sushi Rice
my all time favourite !
but the small portion is really small...
smaller then the other small portion ones





三文鱼刺身 (RM10):
很新鲜多汁...
Salmon Sashimi (RM10):
very fresh and succulent





炸鸡扒+日本蕎麥面 - 小的 (RM8.80):
可是如果要换成绿茶口味的蕎麥面就要多加 RM2
所以这一餐是 RM10.80
冷冷的绿茶蕎麥面和炸鸡扒
蕎麥面的份量蛮大的...
Chicken Katsu Zaru Soba - Small (RM8.80) :
but to change to Cha Soba have to add RM2
so this set actually costs RM10.80 in the receipt
Cold green tea soba noodle with chicken cutlet
lots and lots of cha soba...







三文鱼卵茶碗蒸 (RM9.80):
茶碗蒸上铺了一层三文鱼卵
RM5 的一层三文鱼卵有人觉得贵, 可是喜欢吃的会继续叫...
Ikura Chawanmushi (RM9.80):
Steamed Egg Custard Topped with Salmon Roe
RM5 for a layer of Ikura on the steamed edd
some thinks this is expensive but for those who love ikura will continue to order this ~

这家比 Sunway Pyramid 的冷清多了...
招待员都很空闲的在角落聊天
吵得很...
把餐厅里的气氛都给破坏了
Kinda quiet compared to the one located at Sunway Pyramid
most of the waiters and waitresses just hang around at the back corner chatting too loud to be ignored which i find it kinda annoying...









和平时一样
所有的寿司都放在一起才送到...
中间那个是小章鱼寿司 (RM3.80):
As usual, all the sushi will be served together...

在 Shojikiya 可以买得到 只需RM5

love the pink color fish floss... and this can be purchased at RM5 a packet at Shojikiya

没想到"寿司三味"是那么难找的
或者说我们对 Sunway Pyramid 一点也不熟悉吧...
从购物中心大门走出来往右边看就看到了指示标
也别太开心啦还有一段蛮长的路要走...
说真的哦从外面看更容易找到这家日本餐厅
就是在著名的香港茶餐厅"金加利"楼上~
Heard so much about Sushi Zanmai but din expect it is so hard to find....
maybe we are just not familiar with Sunway Pyramid
we walked out of the main entrance and found the below sign on our right
but dun get too excited though
still a long way to walk...
frankly it is easier to locate this restaurant from outside Sunway Pyramid
and btw Sushi Zanmai is located above Kim Gary the popular Hong Kong style restaurant



看看....右下角的就是了~

比起不同颜色的塑料碟好多了~
Our sushi came first...
they served all in a plate
more classy looking compare to those plastic plates with different colors

味道带点甜...
Inari Sakura (RM4.80):
Shiitake, omelette, shrimp roe and fish floss
i was actually attracted by the colorful display
taste wise a little bit on the sweet side...





扇贝裙寿司
就是扇贝(带子)的外层
Chuka Chinmi (RM3.80):
Seasoned scallop wings





三文鱼腩寿司
颜色很淡
不过很好吃~
Aburi Salmon Belly (RM4.80):
Half broiled salmon belly
also very pale looking sushi but not bad in taste...




大致上寿司都很新鲜好吃
因为叫了才做的所以紫菜片都很脆...
Over all the sushi all tasted very good and fresh since they only made it when you placed your order so the seaweed are still crispy...



牛肉面小的 RM10.80
大的要RM19.80
有三种面 udon/soba/ramen 任选一种
我们要的 soba 软了点
Niku Soba (RM10.80):
Soba noodle with sliced beef
two sizes in serving and the L is RM19.80
noodle with options or udon/soba/ramen
the beef is very tasty however the soba is kinda too soft...





炸软壳蟹
Soft Shell Crab (RM9.80):
Fried soft shell crabs





很可爱的毛毛虫饭团
里面是鳝鱼和鸡蛋
青色的是牛油果片
非常好吃可惜牛油果太少了啦
Caterpillar Roll (RM12.80):
Unagi omelette sushi roll with avocado
looks better in picture....
very very yummy but could have given us more avocado
see the avocado sizes ? not even long enough to cover the top of the sushi roll...

脚都跑去那里了啊....
幸好味道不错~
But i almost cant recognised it shent this is being served...
all the legs of the soft shell crab are replaced by veggie...

fried soft shell crab
even though it looks pathetic compared to the picture in the menu this is still very tasty ~





金针牛肉卷
喜欢牛头和金针的肯定会喜欢咯...
很有嚼劲...不是指牛肉啦
Gyuniku Enoki Roll (RM12.80):
Grilled beef and golden mushroom rolls
if you like beef and mushrooms u will love this ....

桌位是环绕着开放式的厨房...
除了吸烟区的在后方

all the tables and seats are arranged around the open kitchen except the smoking area

脆脆的表皮里面是香草雪糕和红豆
造型很可爱还蛮大一下的...
味道就普通...
