上一次的自助餐帖子有朋友问我拍的照片是不是全部都是我吃的食物
所以这一次我只拍我吃的而已咯 ~

In one of the buffet post, someone asked if i ate all the food in the pictures i had taken
so this time i will only post on food that i have eaten ~

海鲜柜台的:
From the Seafood counter:



鲜虾和蛤蜊:
虾的体积比较小
蛤蜊就很瘦...
Some prawns and clams:
the prawns are not very big this time around
while the clams are quite skinny



新鲜可口的生蚝:
Fresh and juicy oysters:



鲍鱼仔很腥...
Abalone:
tiny and very fishy...



四种鱼子酱:
绿色的是芥辣味的
全部都很好味...
four types of caviar:
the green one is wasabi flavoured
all of them are delicious...





西餐柜台的:
From the Western food counter:



奶油三文鱼:
肥肥的鱼腩... 好吃哦
Salmon in cream sauce:
fatty salmon belly... yummy



烤羊肉配薄菏酱:
又嫩又多汁...
Grilled lamb with mint sauce:
tender and juicy... nice



牛颊肉:
没什么特别...
Braised beef cheek:
not so fantastic...



烤牛肉:
切的薄薄的配上迷迭香酱
嫩嫩的又多汁... 好好吃
Roast beef with rosemary sauce:
the thinly sliced roast beef is very good
tender, juicy and tasty



当然也要吃些菜咯...
of cos and some veggie too...





中餐柜台的:
清蒸鳕鱼..
厚厚的很好的口感...
From the Chinese food counter:
Steamed Cod fish...
chunky and delicious



炸乌贼触角:
香脆够味...
Fried Squid Tentacles:
crunchy and flavoursome



和牛肉:
入口即溶... 不错哦
Wagyu beef:
melt in the mouth.... just the way it should be





咖啡:
这里的咖啡又浓又香...
Coffee:
coffee served here is very strong in aroma and taste ~





甜品/Dessert time:



很好吃的乳酪蛋糕...
very creamy and yummy cheese cake



翘克力口味的蛋糕味道不错
绿茶乳酪蛋糕味道比较淡...
the chocolate layered cake is not bad
while the green tea cheese cake is kinda bland...



没有莓子的莓子慕丝:
有点失望...
The berry mousse is kinda of disappointing... no berries



迷你巧克力派很浓郁美味...
The mini chocolate tart is very rich and delicious ~
