巨木板面 ~ Restoran Mee Papan Big Wood

位于 Kota Damansara 无数间的板面店之一...
One of the many pan mee specialty shop at Kota Damansara ~

餐牌/Menu:

每天有两种不同的糖水哦...
they also serve two types of sweet soup daily:

港式鸳鸯 (RM2.30):
很港式的味道...
Big Wood's Ying Yang (RM2.30):
very Hong Kong style cup of cham...

巨木原味板面车(RM5):
可以选择干的或是有汤的
这是有汤的...
汤头很清甜也不油腻

Chef's Pan Mee (RM5):
either dry or with soup
this is the soupy version...
the soup is clear, tasty and not oily

半透明的板面滑滑的QQ的
很好吃...
the pan mee is quite transparent
smooth and little springy
this is delicious...

这叁巴也很不错...
the sambal is very good too:

上海炒肠粉 (RM5.30):
炒肠粉的料有豆芽, 虾和很多鸡蛋...
很香哦 ~
Shanghai Freid Cheong Fun (RM5.30):
fried rice roll with bean sprouts, prawns and lots of egg...
smells really good !

特别的辣椒酱:
很辣可是很好吃...
special chili sauce to go with this:
spicy but tasty...

很多料...
鸡蛋比肠粉多哦
很好味份量也不小
lots of ingredients...
even the egg is more than the cheong fun
very tasty and filling

Korea House (Korean BBQ) @ SS2

RM9.90 的午餐套餐谁有兴趣 ?

位于 SS2 的韩国餐厅哦...
Set lunches at RM9.90 anybody ?
and this is Korean... located in SS2

餐牌/Menu:

茶是免费的...
the tea is on the house:

套餐的饭和汤:
The set comes with rice and soup:

牛肉套餐:
用姜汁炒的牛肉是唯一不辣的菜式
Beef Bulgogi Box:
stir-fried beef slices with ginger
this is not spicy...

很多的包菜...
牛肉带点甜
with lots of cabbage...
i find the beef slices slightly sweet

所有的套餐都是用餐盒的
各种各样的前菜:
有水果沙拉...
all the set lunch is served in similar box with so many side dishes:
food salad...

那韩国泡菜有点本土化了
蔬菜都是脆的比较像 acar...
we thought the kimchi very localised
as the veggie are crispy this tasted more like acar...

鱼饼和豆芽...
豆芽撒上芝蔴油味道很香很不一样
Fish cakes slices and bean sprouts...
the bean sprouts are drizzled with saseme oil which is pretty good

蕃薯和小玉米:
sweet potato and baby corn:

还有韩国煎饼:
the Korean pancake:

猪肉套餐:
猪肉片用韩国泡菜炒过有点辣
很多蔬菜...
Pork Bulgogi Box:
pork slices stir-fried with kimchi
lots of veggie and the taste is just right

乌贼套餐:
韩国泡菜炒乌贼片
味道很够很开胃
适合配饭吃...
Nakji Bulgogi Box:
stir-fried squid pieces with kimchi
very tasty and appetising
good to eat with rice

招待员说是店主送的韩式蒸蛋:
Complimentary steamed egg:
The service staff told us that this is from the lady boss...

蒸蛋很蓬松
带少许甜味
可是吃到最下层的时候就比较咸...
the steamed egg is so fluffy
tasted a hint of sweetness
however towards the bottom it is a little too salty for our liking

餐后大家一人一杯的冰红枣茶...
All of us are served this cold red dates tea at the end of our meal:

Mille Crepes from Nadeje Cafe, Melaka

很兴奋的一天 ~
早上不小心发觉我们南部的经理要到总公司来
而又很凑巧的在离开马六甲之前被我联络上
这就是成果咯...
真的很感谢他不嫌麻烦的帮我们带了这些好吃的蛋糕来...
A very exciting day ~
first i accidentally found out that our Branch Manager from Southern Region is visiting
and i was very lucky to be in touch with him before he left Melaka
and these are the results...
Very kind of him to go through all the troubles ~ Thanks a lot SS

在很大的纸袋里有个很大的盒子...
A very big box in the paper bag for a whole cake:

原味的千層薄餅皮蛋糕 (RM65):
很香的蛋味哦...
长途跋涉来到这里时上面大概 2/3 的千層薄餅皮滑到一边去了
不过问题也不大
我们把盒子斜放然后再借用刀力就把它打回原型了

The original Mille Crepes (RM65):
this smells really good...
and after the long distance travelling 2/3 of the top slided side way
but it is ok with a little help of the knife and tilting the box
we managed to slided them back into position

看到吧... 很滑的说
急不可待的就把它给切了分给大家一起享用
大家都很喜欢!!
see... so smooth and they slided off ~
we shared this in the office and everybody loves it !!

散卖的一片要 RM8.50:

有酒的和单色的蛋糕:
Rum Slice & Monotone Slice:

有酒的千層薄餅皮蛋糕
酒味不会太重刚刚好...
不会醉的啦 ~

The rum slice is with a hint of rum
not too over powering which is just nice...
wont get high too ~

这个不是千層薄餅皮蛋糕...
不知道为什么会在盒里的
可能为了凑足数量
或是为了防止蛋糕滑来滑去而加入的...
味道很像可可慕丝不错吃
this is not from the mille crepes family and i had no idea how it ended up in the box
perhaps just to make up the numbers
or to fill the box so that the individual slice of cake would not slide off easily...
something like a choc mousse cake very smooth and delicious

香蕉巧克力千層薄餅皮蛋糕:
有着切得很小的香蕉块
巧克力的味道不过重
这个口味也不错哦...
Banana Chocolate Slice:
with tiny bits of banana
the chocolate taste is not very strong
this is also very good...
