又到香格里拉去了~
这一次吃的是自助式晚餐
刚好适逢斋戒月每桌都多了少不了的甜枣...
Back to Shang again...
but this round is for the buffet dinner at Lemon Garden Cafe...
since this is the Ramadhan month every table gets a small plate of dates



桌上的摆设:

小杯子里的带子(扇贝), 虾, 蘑菇, 烤羊肉, 小方碗里的我忘了是什么...
Scallop in the small glass, prawns, mushroom, grilled lamb and i cant remember what was in the square bowl...

更多的虾, 炸淡水虾和蘆筍...

this one with more prawns, the deep fried fresh water prawn and some asparagus:




中餐:
炒面, 蒸鱼, 带子(扇贝)冬菇炒蔬菜, 芥兰和点心...
from the Chinese food counter:
fried noodle, steamed fish, stir-fried mix veggie with scallops and mushrooms, veggie and dim sum...






日本餐:
寿司, 鱼生和饭团...
Japanese food section:
sushi, sashimi and maki...






龙虾和虾...

左边的烤三文鱼, 中间的咖哩鱼和右下角的蒸鱼...

都很漂亮也很好吃...
tarts, jelly, souffle etc...
all are so pretty looking and delicious




我最喜欢蛋奶酥(Souffle)!!
吃下去的時候滿嘴香甜入口即化
我还特别要求厨师把它烧得更焦...
i love the souffle most !!
and i actually get the chef to burn it darker for me...

鸿城茶餐室 ~ Restoran Hong Seng @ Section 17

位于八打灵17区的鸿城茶餐室
就在 Sports Toto 隔壁而已
可是要找停车位就比较困难
而对面的开放式停车场要 RM3
Restoran Hong Seng is located in Section 17, Petaling Jaya
next to Sports Toto so not that difficult to find however finding parking space could be a hassle as the open space carpark charges RM3 per entry ~






我很喜欢这茶餐室里的潮洲粥和饭档
档主是一位中年阿伯和他的两位得力助手
如果你的食物是他的助手准备的就会快很多...
i like this Teow Chew Porridge and Rice store in this restaurant
run by an old man with two foreign workers who are very helpful
if you order with the girls you will get your food sooner...



潮洲滷鸭, 猪肉, 滷蛋, 还有猪耳朵和猪肠...
The Teow Chew ducks, pork, eggs, pig ears and intestines:





也有别的菜式:
猪手 (图的左上角) 也很好吃 ~
a variety of dishes to go with rice or porridge:
the pork knuckle (top left corner) also not bad...





滷猪肉, 豆腐和滷蛋 + 饭 (RM5):
猪肉, 豆腐和蛋都是一样的煮法
猪肉都是半肥瘦的...
Pork slices, toufu and egg + rice (RM5):
the pork, toufu and egg also cooked the same style as the Teow Chew duck gravy...
the pork is so delicious not too lean and not too fat







咸菜, 豆腐和潮洲滷鸭 + 粥 (RM5):
鸭肉很鲜美可口而滷汁不太咸也不会浓...
Salted veggie, toufu and Teow Chew duck + Porridge (RM5):
the duck meat is so tender while the gravy is not too salty or thick, just nice...

除了那潮洲粥和饭档外店里的黄记鸡饭也不错哦...
生意超好的 ~
Other than the Toew Chew porridge and rice store the chicken rice store is also very popular...

脆皮的烧肉很好吃...
This is the roast pork, roast chicken drumstick and chicken giblets + Rice (RM6):
the juicy roast pork with crispy skin is so yummy...

自从我上一次有过很特别的经验之后隔了很长的一段日子决定再试试他们的食物
希望有改进了咯 ~
Even since my last experience here it has been a very long time before i decide to eat here again... and hopefully things has improved since then ~

din know their pasta looks soooooooo good and delicious
look at the amount of seafood ~
if only the tomato paste is thicker...









法式吐司部(烤面包) RM8.99:
价钱蛮贵的幸好味道也不差
一条切半的香蕉, 两片烟肉和两片法式烤面包再淋上楓糖浆...
面包是有葡萄干的哦
(中间的面包下角,之前我还以为面包烧焦了)
French Toast (RM8.99):
This is kinda expensive... but tasty~
a banana sliced into two, two pieces of beef bacon on two slices of french toast with maple syrup
the bread used for french toast is with raisins (the black dot at the bottom corner of the french toast, at first i tot the bread was burnt)
