肥仔肉骨茶 ~ Fatty Gan Bak Kut Teh

位于百乐镇 Giant 后面
Located behind Giant at Paramount Garden







金针菇:
盛在瓦煲的肉骨茶里
味道配合得很好...
Needle Mushrooms:
served in claypot with bkt soup
this is very delicious...





瓦煲肉骨茶:
排骨, 腐竹, 豆卜和金针菇
大概有五支不同长短的排骨
汤很清淡 少了肉骨茶的药材味...
Claypot BKT:
pork ribs, beancurd sheets, tou pok and needle mushrooms
there are about 5 pieces of pork ribs
soup is rather plain and lack the usual bkt herbal aroma...





可以选择白米饭或是油饭
以上的加三碗饭和'茶王' = RM36
Rice comes with a choice of plain white rice or oil rice
the above plus three bowls of rice and 'char wong' chinese tea = RM36

    we had too much pork during Cny too, crispy Thai style pork knuckles, braised pork knuckles etc...
