this is the soupy version...
the soup is clear, tasty and not oily
半透明的板面滑滑的QQ的
很好吃...
the pan mee is quite transparent
smooth and little springy
this is delicious...
这叁巴也很不错...
the sambal is very good too:
上海炒肠粉 (RM5.30):
炒肠粉的料有豆芽, 虾和很多鸡蛋...
很香哦 ~
Shanghai Freid Cheong Fun (RM5.30):
fried rice roll with bean sprouts, prawns and lots of egg...
smells really good !
特别的辣椒酱:
很辣可是很好吃...
special chili sauce to go with this:
spicy but tasty...
很多料...
鸡蛋比肠粉多哦
很好味份量也不小
lots of ingredients...
even the egg is more than the cheong fun

ReplyDeleteactually pan mee sounds boring and looks boring but this one looks bigger than planks ! mnd uniquely Chinese... cannot be imitated unlike yong tau foo and CKT !
